JC Penny has the best quality and best selection of men's clothing and there sales prices are great No matter what your looking for they always have the best quality and that makes a big difference . Last year purchased a bed throw on sale and it is so soft and comfortable light weight and warm . So glad I made the purchase , worth every penny . No need any more for heavy blankets . Perfect so comfortable !!!!

So many sales and deals . They have the best perfume and cologne choices. You will always find sales and clearance items that are nice products a sizes .

As usual, went to several other places before I ended up at JC Penny. I don't know why I just didn't come here first. I always find what I'm looking for and with all the traveling around I do trying to find what I'm looking for, I could be home and into dinner. I have bought some great clothing and shoes here and never been disappointed. It really is a great place to shop and glad it survived the closings

I had a great experience at your store last night with one of your staff members, Jeanne, who provided excellent service in helping my elderly mother pick out a few appropriate and stylish pieces given her mobility limitations. I placed an order online for a Christmas gift and had the package shipped to the store. The item was exactly what i was looking for and the cost of the article and shipping was definitely affordable.

Great place to look for dresses. Alot of places don't carry a variety of clothing since COVID. Jc Penney had a wide range of clothing and dress options. Find it much nicer than Macy's

The selection of clothes was enormous. They had awesome holiday sales. I saved almost $300. Our cashier was probably the nicest, friendliest cashier I have ever encountered in retail.

I always find the best deals here. Recently, I bought 2 pleather jackets, jeans, a couple of shirts, gadget for my husband and an outfit for the baby for about $70-80. The jackets are such good quality they could've been that price alone. The sales are amazing. Also the new Sephora inside is a great reason to go.

Customer Service at register was great! Personable, friendly and helpful. Had a pretty good inventory on hand for being holiday season. Found a lot of great tops at really good prices! The only JCP Penney I know with one location in the whole store from which to checkout.

Laurie the manager, Cheyenne & all the Staff are all very pleasant accomodating & a great bunch of ladies that do a great job & care about there customers.
I also shop quite a bit at this store for myself & my family
I use the coupons offered frequently especially with jewelry, pocketbooks & at the salon
The store is lovely & well kept the clothing is very stylish & Shana & all the Regular Store Staff are extremely helpful
There have been changes in several of the store departments such as the Women's (fuller figure) shoe & children's departments which is disappointing but I know it's difficult in these times
I enjoy shopping in the store versus online but sadly with covid this has changed how alot of people shop
JCP will always be my go to store it was while we were active duty military & stationed in many different states & it will continue to be as retirees
Hope JCP is able to continue to stay strong

A JC Penney manager at the Wareham MA store by the name of Shannen waited on me and provided excellent service.
She was very busy yet handled my transaction effortlessly and efficiently.
Customer service is more important to me than cost; that's why I continue to shop at this location.
Shannen understands and exemplifies the very best traits of customer service. I'm sure her co-workers learn from her example.

to the user ammes connally, that "heavy woman" you're talking about is the stylist I usually go to. there's no reason for you to talk about her weight considering there's not a large amount of blondes there, so therefore you could've just said the blonde that seemed to be the manager. why you thought that was necessary i can't understand. I've almost never seen her sit or take a break before all the times I've been there so that's most likely made up, and if she were to sit you can't get mad at her. do you expect her to take no breaks all day? you obviously don't know all the details so you shouldn't be making comments about it. how do you know she was taking a personal phone call? even if it was on her cell you wouldn't know if it was personal or business unless you were listening to her conversation which is uncalled for. if your mother was turned away it's most likely because they usually don't have the time to take walk-ins. if your mother happened to be on the phone, she would've turned her away either because they didn't have openings for the time she wanted or because she didn't show up to her appointment before. they don't turn people away for no reason. despite your rude comments, I'm giving 5 stars because no matter if I was getting my hair done or shopping in the store, I've always been satisfied and the customer service is great. p.s, if you're going to be hating on an individual, at least have proper grammar. the fact that you used almost no punctuation physically hurts me.

I just love this place the ladies always try their hardest to please me and give me the closest to the cut I bring in!! I haven't been disappointed yet!😊 the ladies are super friendly and really listen❤ the environment is clean and so are their tools! I couldn't imagen going anywhere else now! Thank you ladies❤❤❤❤..

I just want to express how much I enjoy my experience every time I shop at JCP In Wareham crossing Ma... the store is always so well organized and the customer service is always amazing ..Today was one on Those days the plus ...My experience was with Lucy the lady at the Register, so so kind , friendly, so helpful and most of all she did it with a smile ..
