I had foot surgery Feb 2018 and I am still not running and I am favoring walking on the side of my foot. I got a hemicap put into my big toe area and have been very frustrated. I have seen Deb 4 times and I cant believe how precise she is in locating the areas that are not working properly. When I went in this week I was limping and when I walked out I felt 90 percent better. I now have hope because of her that with continued massage therapy and stretching we might be able to get this toe where it needs to be so I can go back to my active lifestyle. Now, the icing on the cake is I did a full hour massage and she hit every nook and cranny ... she is totally amazing and I have had lots of massages before but she will now be my one and only go to...
