Discover Marble and Granite

I cannot say enough about my experience from start to finish. Alexis helped me out in the showroom and she was friendly and really knew her business. From there Ben Pacek took the lead on my project. He answered every question promptly and was very attentive to my requests. The measurements were handled by Nelson who was so helpful in explaining every detail. Lastly, the install team. What can I say? They were prompt, efficient, polite and treated my home as if it were their own. From pricing, to availability to service this company is top notch!

This is such a beautiful showroom. Sara helped us pick out the perfect stone for our project and she walked us through the process. The installers did a great job, super professional. I am so happy I went to Discover!

We are very happy with our silestone quartz countertops. And when a contractor doing a separate job chipped the countertops, Discover M & G came right out to fix them.

We were so happy with our new granite counter tops. Thank you so for doing a great job.

I recently had quartz countertops installed at my home by Discover Marble and Granite. While the product itself looks great and is very high quality, the service and installation was lacking. The installation crew was very nice but left my home after having done half the job— they evidentially mis-measured a section of my countertops and left without any clear indication as to when they might fix it (they said 2-3 weeks). Because of this, they left an entire bar top unsecured and instructed us not to put anything heavy on it, as it may move. On top of all of this, our sink was installed crooked and visually misaligned with the edges of the countertops.

When I called to rectify these issues, I was met with a support staff that displayed little interest in helping me rectify these issues in a timely manner. I fully understand they may be busy with other jobs, but when they leave a shoddy job that is half finished, I thought it reasonable to expect Discover to finish it with a greater deal of care and haste.

When paying top dollar for a high quality product, I expected more from Discover. I encourage you to look elsewhere if considering similar work.

They have attractive pricing, but you get what you pay for. Look else where they do poor quality work and do not stand behind it. The back splash didn't fit properly as they put too much caulk between the walls and stone it would not compress. This created a gap which they tried to fill with painters caulk. The countertops were cut 1/4" too large and do not fit on the cabinets. I reassembled and measured the removed material only to find it 1/4" too large and this was why it would not sit on top of the cabinets properly and was being supported by the wall.

Photos are are first installation of quartz countertop and their 2nd “correction.” I had selected quartz for my second bathroom remodel with the same company, but canceled it after their shoddy workmanship and poor attitudes.
