Please understand that the industrial park planned at Cedar Lane SHOULD NOT BUILT. Cedar lane is a residential / agricultural zone. Clearly someone has been bribed to change the zoning code of the area. Otherwise there would have been no chance for the industrial park to be built on Cedar Lane. There are multiple alternative locations on ROUTE 1 next to Cedar Lane that can better fit the purpose of and support the traffic flow an industrial park will bring with such big trucks.

Please reconsider the planning department’s decision to deny the CedarLane petition regarding the industrial park’s approval. CedarLane will be directly impacted by this developer’s INCONSIDERATE AND POOR planning and face dangerous traffic caused by hundreds of commercial trucks.

The poor decisions of the Planning Department is only further highlight by the fact that there should be multiple access points to the industrial project, rather than only one on Cedar Lane and that recent plans show that their was an attempt to included multiple points of access only to be rejected in favor of only one entrance and exit.

Building the industrial park will cause a massive accident to happen on Cedar Lane. That road is TO NARROW to support the increase of traffic that having the industrial park will bring to the area. An accident is bound to happen between one of those big 18 wheelers and the residential commuters. Their pain and suffering will be on the Planning Department's hands.

The Hanover Planning Committee should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this park to be build with such little foresight into how it will negatively affect the community.
