We had good service for an enjoyable rental of 22' Mako with a GPS system for a fish finder. Although we didn't find fish we had a fun family time together in the canal/ Perhaps the end of trip the times could be staggered for filling up the gas tank. Otherwise service & boat were fine. Wonderful spot to spend 4 hours on the Mako!

I recently repowered my regulator with Atlantic boats. I dealt with Mike as well as Will. They both were extremely helpful and very responsive to emails as well as phone calls. The boat was completed on time as well as washed and cleaned after the work was finished. I highly recommend these guys and would gladly travel the 2 hours back down to them again just for the awesome customer service I received.

I bought a new 200 Suzuki outboard from Atlantic at the beginning of the summer. The staff communicated well throughout the order and install process, which unfortunately is rare to see now. Good price, nice people, and will continue to use them for service/parts as needed in the future. No complaints.

Repowered with Atlantic with a Suzuki 300. Sales staff as well as mechanics were very helpful. Lead time was explained, and accurate.

A few weeks after install I had a fuel issue, Atlantic sent a tech down as soon as they could. Not only did they Find the issue which was not related to the new engine install, they did an emergency pull of my boat for a significant transducer leak. Had my boat back in the water 5 hours later and ready for the weekend.

Super knowledgeable staff made an extreme effort to help me get my older boat back in the water. They were smart enough to recommend parts on hand to fix my problems without a bunch of internet searches and quizzical looks. It’s everything a boat dealer should be. Lots of stock, lots of knowledgeable help and the ability to get you back on the water quickly. Great prices too. Thanks very much.

Parts department is always very helpful with parts needed. Small store that has nearly everything needed, but also very short lead times for orders.

If you are looking to purchase a boat or service a boat, I would highly recommend Atlantic Boats! We have purchased two engines (years ago) and most recently a used boat from them. Will (in sales) is very knowledgable and honest. He did all the paperwork for us, kept us informed of the process, and got us out on the water this season even through the Covid closure. If you are looking to buy a boat, I would suggest checking out Atlantic Boat first because they make the process so easy from their knowledge of different types of boats, registering and financing, and getting you out on the water. They also have a great service department with competitive pricing and they do quality work. Thank you Atlantic Boats for another great experience!

To the woman who left negative reviews regarding the service dept: Most shops charge a flat rate for diagnosis to cover themselves. With so many DIY'rs (like myself) out there who have no troubleshooting experience or equipment, it would be too easy to lose money running a repair business. What rock have you been living under? You just sound angry and unreasonable.

To the guy who says "Buyer Beware":
So, you bought a used boat and motor and didn't anticipate regular maintenance and repair? LOL. What cave have you been living in?

I don't work for the company and have no loyalty to them. I just find these reviews entertaining and misguided. Seems like common sense situations that have been blown way out of proportion, to me.

If you're looking for parts for the lines of Outboards that they carry then this is the only place you will probably need to go. Everyone in the parts department was very friendly and helpful. Sometimes there are long lines but it is totally worth the wait.

I have used Atlantic for service and also have purchased 2 lightly used boats from them . They are a top notch facility , their service / parts & sales dept , are all very good . They cater to people that want problem free boating and that type of service comes at a premium . Overall they are a much better value then most marine shops .

My husband is a boat surveyor and he stresses that everyone should have there boat surveyed. Sometimes not even the dealer or the owner selling the boat are aware of any problems. A good surveyor looks for what's wrong with the boat, buyers have stars in there eyes causing them to miss items then feel they have to blame someone. There are also bad surveyors out there so use the ones that have continuing education requirements. Like SAMS and NAMS.

As long as I am on the water these are the people that will take care of my boat. Can hardly wait to splash date.
