I have been seeing Dr Wind since he started his practice several years ago. He is an excellent physician for a small town doctor. His practice has grown very large over the years and I completely understand why. I have my complete trust in his hands as a physician. Even if the wait times grow long, I find myself thinking that I know I won't go anywhere else because I know I am with the best. Others realize this too since he has such a high demand. Thank you Dr Wind for your service to this area!

Dr Wind took very good care of me when I was experiencing shoulder pain. He knew how to explain my diagnosis and surgery. I felt very trusting and comfortable with being under his care. I highly recommend him for orthopedic problems.

Dr. Wind performed carpel tunnel surgery for me. I am so glad I had it done. The whole experience was seamless and could not have been any easier. Both he and his staff were all very professional. They did an excellent job. Thank you.

I live on a boat and was traveling thru the area. Hurt my left knee and called this office for help. They not only got me right away but got me going again. Just want to give the entire staff a shot out.

Dr. Wind great bed side manner and I think you try hard to meet your parents needs, but billing is a problem with hospital and office, the time you have to wait in the office is uncalled for and you need another Doctor not a helper. Also you need a XRAY machine.

Absolutely the most disrespectful place I have ever been too. All receptionist were beyond rude. I was with my elderly mother who was just trying to understand why her appointment was canceled and she had not been notified. They then protested that they had call but there was no call and no voicemail left. It was by far the most unprofessional why I seen someone talk to a 57 year old woman in my life and I worked as a nurse in a nursing home. If I could leave less then one star I would I will not be putting my mother thought that anymore and those lady need to be fired or a refresher course in customer service. This was not the first time this has happened just very unprofessional period.

I've had three appointments here with Dr. Wind and have been early by minimum 20 minutes to each. Each time I've waited at least 30 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor with the last visit this morning being an hour and a half passed my scheduled time. They schedule your appointment at 720 A.M. and you are in the room seated approximately 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time when the nurse states that Dr. Wind does not get to the office before 8 A.M. at the earliest and tells you to wait for the doctor. Not to mention no aid in my issue has come from the three visits as far as pain relief. As well as no communication with any of the staff as I sat and waited over an hour passed my original time. No update, nothing. For certain today is my last time under his "care". This is a great way to earn a bad reputation in a small town at the beginning of your practice. I despite hearing multiple bad rumors of the practice gave it a try and came here but maybe my poor experience will aid others.

After uncompassionate "care" and ineffective treatment by Dr. Tyler, I am grateful to God my healing path led me to Dr. Jacob Budny in Mechanicsville. He is a true professional and dedicated to helping his patients to find root cause of pain and providing efficient protocols in a timely manner. Thank you God.

I was billed for a surgical procedure that was not performed when I was seen by Dr. Wind for a broken/sprained ankle. I was seen in the office and X-Rays were performed but no surgical procedures whatsoever.
I have tried repeatedly to get this issue resolved, and no one will return my calls. If it was coded correctly, it would have been covered by my insurance. This is now impacting my credit and seems to be insurance fraud.

This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST, I had rotator cuff surgery and a torn librium repaired on July 18th. The doctor told me my recovery time would be four and a half to six months,he then wrote on my insurance papers six to twelve weeks, which the insurance company went with the shortest of the two times which means more paperwork has to be filled out and the person who takes care of that has ABSOLUTELY NO professionalism whatsoever about herself and then has the audacity to get an attitude when you ask or try to explain why you need her to jus do her job I have been out of work since my operation and today is 9/12/19 and i had the paperwork faxed over again yesterday and I saw the doctor in the office and made it perfectly clear that those papers needed to be received before Friday and she's not in the office today which means the paperwork will not be received in time which in turn means no funds again this week which makes almost a month with no benefits, people don't understand the impact of them not doing what they are paid to on other people's lives.
Be advised that IF you don't like your job or performing the duties of YOUR job QUIT!!!!!!!

If I could give a 0 star I would! This is the second time I've had to be rescheduled due to over booking and long waits. There were other patients waiting for over 2 hrs and still hadn't been seen. I left and will never go to that place again!
