It was shocking how professional this McDonald's was. The food came out fast and the staff walked around collecting trash and checking on customers.Never expected this level of service at a McDonald's.

Service was quick and easy. I was
told they offered frozen decafe coffee...not sure that's true???

Too busy, but everyone was hustling for Saturday morning end of breakfast wrap.

I had the pleasure of receiving fries hot from the fryer and well made burgers. The stay was very friendly, professional, and upbeat.

Tappahannock McDonald's is always excellent. Fast and friendly service, clean building, and great food.

This the the nicest McDonald's I have been to. They are so polite, I felt like I was at chic FIL a. I even got everything I ordered on the first go around. I can't say that about any other McDonald's. Good job guys 😁

Great evening crew always Fast, Helpful, and Friendly with a smile on their faces from the kitchen to the drive thru and to the dining room very positive environment.

Fast service cashier was very polite and fix a small problem great time overall

This is just my experience. I'm from an Inner-city where like most you get French fry nuggets not long whole fries fried fresh. Most of the time you get cool refried fries with an attitude..."why are you bothering me". The service is fast because it has been sitting there and/or sloppily prepared.
At this McD, I ordered food, it was prepared properly, it looked and tasted good. The place was clean, the staff was pleasant and moved at a pace that was cool for me.

Super nice employees. They treat my family and I nicely every time. 😊

This McDonald's is usually very reliable for hot tasty meals. Employees are usually fast and friendly. The self serve kiosks are convenient. Everyone has a bad day, but I usually catch the good days here and is why I go back when I'm craving McDonald's

Wow. The lady who gave me my food was extremely nice and made me feel appreciated for spending my money here. All our food was hot and fresh. She was light skinned looked maybe Puerto Rican. Please promote her. Best McDonalds I've had in a long time.

Wait time for drive through can take a good while probably cause where it's located went through the other day to get a ice cream after getting my 2nd shot and they gave me a mega cone that I had to keep eating so I didn't get it on me 😂

Visited this location about 3 months ago and the drive thru was excellent. Like the old 90 seconds from placing order to exiting the drive-thru.

Best McDonald's there is around here most of time it's always fresh and fries are perfect great for a small town

Big Mac deal was very well received.Fries were piping hotmGreat service at the counter.Lady had a great smile

Friendly workers. Im not a fan of mcdonalds but i did enjoy their service. Keep up the good job.

One of the best fish sandwiches I have ever had at McDonald's. From Maryland, passing through. Tables were wiped clean as well.
