Smile of Virginia is the cleanest dental office I've ever been to. Every room has an air purifier. Very modern look and feel that makes you feel relaxed about getting dental work done. Dr. Harrington has very great taste.

Always on time. Very friendly. Attention to details. Keeps you comfortable. Never a billing issue.

The absolute best dentist and staff that I have ever had in 47 years. They are so kind and professional. They listen and care about their patients. My husband has been going here for years and tried to convince me to switch to them too and I finally did. My only regret is not switching to the Ashland Smile Center sooner. Highly recommend!

Wow, that was probably the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dentist's office! I do not like going to the dentist but the entire staff of the Ashland Smile Center could not have made me feel more at ease. Every person there was very happy, professional, and nice - the front desk girls, the hygienist, the girl that cleaned my teeth, and Dr. Butterworth. All dentist offices should be like that! Thanks for a great appointment, you get my highest recommendation!

After having a rough experience at dentist a few years ago I was hesitant to try and find a new dental office. I am so glad a friend recommended the Smile Center! They were able to get me in much quicker then other places for a cleaning and when I expressed concerns about fillings that had been done incorrectly at my previous dentist they offered to fix some of them that same day and then offered me times later in the week or the following week to fix the others. I am very pleased with their work and am happy to have finally found a new dentist that I don’t dread going to.

Such a wonderful group of people who work there and excellent work! I could NOT be happier with everything that they have ALL done for us!

I've been a loyal customer ever since I moved to Richmond. I love the small business feel and that has remained even through the transition to new ownership. Everyone is warm and welcoming, extremely friendly, and very accommodating. Plus I'd love that sweet cooler! Lol. Keep up the good work!

Dr. Harrington’s staff have always provided the best care and advice when it comes to my dental health. The professionalism and attention to detail I experience when scheduled for semi-annual exams are the best I have ever experienced. This last exam was a thorough review of my dental history and a very effective cleaning. Advice on Dr. Harrington’s review of my gums and her referral emphasized my confidence in her Office and staff. I cannot emphasize enough how thorough her Office performs for their patients!

I just had two crowns removed and temporary crown implanted. Dr Guardia and assistant Bonnie are a amazingly efficient team ! My temporary crowns look real enough to be the permanent crowns . Everyone in the office is so friendly and kind I would recommend this dental practice to anyone .

The whole team works great! Sharon and Linda are a pleasure to talk to and get assistance from. Raven does a great job assisting Dr. Harrington. Dr. Harrington is always on her A game. The staff is friendly and down to earth. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. If you want a great dentist, you need to see Dr. Harrington! 🦷🪥

I had a tooth pull on 7/27/2022 and the experience was awesome. Did not feel anything when tooth was being pulled and had no pain after I got home.

The staff at Smile of Virginia in Ashland are courteous, friendly and helpful. Dr. Harrington listens closely to my concerns, is knowledgeable and a true professional. When I go to my appts, it's like going to see my friends!
