El Rey Tolteca

This is a great Mexican place! The atmosphere is the typical Mexican vibe with a lot of Myan influences. It's really cute. The food was delicious! They have a good amount of vegeterian options. I got a platter with a bean burrito and cheese enchilada. It also came with rice, as most of their dishes do. It was all very yummy. I especially loved the cheese enchilada. It was made with a queso Blanco, and it had a really good, rich flavor. The rice was seasoned well and paired really nicely with the dish. My boyfriend got the Azteca burrito and said it was very good and the steak in it was cooked very nicely. Warning: If you order beer and the waitress asks if you want a small glass or large, she means a normal sized glass or a pitcher. My dad ended up with a whole lot of beer to drink. The prices were much more reasonable than most of the other Mexican places I've seen in the area. And the service was great! Now we know where to go for good Mexican food. We can't wait to come back and try their fried ice cream!

Authentic Mexican food, fabulous service all with great prices. You feel like you just stepped into Mexico when you walk inside this hidden gem located in Manassas on Sudley Road.

Margaritas are on point. Be sure to ask for Amparo, she gave excellent service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great food. Known this place for many years, but seldom go since we are in another county, but always try to come back if we're close by. Love the salsa, nice spicyness to it but not super hot. Nachos are really good, but got a photo after we already ate a bunch. Definitly try if you haven't gone before.

Great tasting food! Staff was friendly and service was prompt. Chicken fajitas were very good. Our entire party of 8 all said they would be back.

Great food, good service. I had the Fajita’s Texanas which came out hot and full of flavor. When you go to a Mexican restaurant always ask for their homage hot sauce. The homemade hot sauce here was good and hit the spot.

Awesome stop for some Mexican grub! Given all the options in the area it's hard to choose a spot but this one checked all my boxes. Good HH specials and pricing. They also use fresh ingredients in their flavored margaritas which was a very pleasant surprise and as you can see from the photo the portion sizes were outstanding! Plenty to fill you up with some to take home for later. The waitresses were also top notch making sure we had everything we needed and didn't have to wait.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD AROUND. Great service. Food was delicious. And the blue margarita....good lord it was amazing and large. Awesome atmosphere. 100/100.

I got the seafood soup, and it was heavenly!! Broth was homemade and rich! Loved everything about this soup! It has mussels, calamari, crabs, squid, tilapia! It was served with tortillas too! It was so delicious!!

We were craving some chimichangas and fajitas so Google reviews led us to Tolteca. It did not disappoint, and I highly recommend visiting.

The atmosphere was very relaxed and was typical Tex-Mex decor.
We came in with a game plan for the chimichangas and fajitas but they had El Rey dip (picture below) as an appetizer and that replaced the fajitas.

El Rey dip was a huge portion for an appetizer definitely meant for a table of more than two because the two of us were getting full from it before our main dishes.

I had the chimichangas and replaced the shredded beef with shrimp (there was an up charge). I didn't get a chance to take a picture of it because it smelled amazing.

We planned to try desserts but the main dishes portions were huge and we had no room. So we are planning to go back again and leave room for dessert the next time.

Very fast service, got food within 10-15 minutes or ordering. The service staff is professional and courteous. Ordered Azteca chicken burrito and vegetarian burrito and it was delicious. Just one thing for vegetarians, the burritos do not come with rice, bean etc but are cheese burritos with rice on side and extra option of quesadilla/enchiladas. Have a large menu to choose from and the volume of food justifies the price. Nice ambience inside.

I enjoyed my visit here. I had a craving for fajitas and I was happily satisfied here. I ordered the Texanas Fajitas which comes with sizzling and deliciously seasoned beef, chicken and shrimp. You get a side of guacamole, tomatoes, lettuce and refried beans.
I also recommend the gold margarita!

Great food and great service... as always

I came here and ordered a taco salad and a chimichanga. It was really good and fresh. The taco shell for the salad was amazing. I got the chimichanga fried instead of soft. It is so much better fried. The servers were very friendly and nice. It's a cute restaurant with a bar. The cook came out, gave us our food and told us he hopes we enjoys it. And we did. They had a special for $5 margaritas. I will be coming back again.

Laid back atmosphere....Great food and waitresses are very nice and not rude like some places ...

My date and I enjoyed this very much so! It was a good time, good food, and drinks were actually strong! Would recommend!
