Design process was easy and very customizable. Designer stayed in contact and kept me informed of every step along the way. Installer was on time and worked very efficiently. He took time to show me how easy it was to clean the shelving and was very professional. Very happy with our new closet!

Everything went as smoothly as possible. Great quality product, install tech also took the time to make sure edges were trimmed and nail holes filled and “disappeared.” Really went the extra mile to make my closet beautiful and so incredibly improved!

Beautifully made, thick wood cabinets and drawers gave me the kitchen storage I needed. Worth the price! My only issue is the customer service personnel that call and set up the schedule is not very personable.

It was a very easy process from start to finish! Their designer, Gena came to our home to see our closet space and discuss our vision. She was awesome!! Very professional, personable and extremely helpfull. She went over materails,designs and cost. On install day they arrived on time and they were very neat, clean and professional. Install took a few hours and the end result is that we have a closet beautiful, functional and everything we wanted and then some.

Closets by Design has an excellent team. From our consultant visit to installation… superior designs, suggestions, product and installation. One of our closets has a challenging layout with a sloped wall. Our design consultant managed it to get us the best solutions possible. Very, very happy with the results! I highly recommend if you want to revamp your closet or storage. The process was very quick and simplistic. They have several designs and options to pick from. Installation was very quick, and the contractor cleaned up after himself very well. Everyone was very kind and responsive to my questions. I absolutely love how my closest turned out. We contacted a couple designers within the area, Closet by Design was very quick to respond. We worked immediately on the design with Jonathan Honeycutt.
