Panera Bread

This was one of the best Panera Bread I have ever come across. The food was hot and they actually checked the bag. Plus, I asked for chips instead of a apple it was no problem ... with a smile and greetings after I said thank you.

Had lunch here and it was spot on! I had the summer poppyseed salad and a ham and cheese sandwich. Everything was super fresh, sandwich was loaded, and the service was fast and friendly. Management was out on the floor cleaning tables constantly which was really nice to see. They have a large outside dining patio with plenty of seating, umbrellas for shade and room to social distance.

Stopped with my family for dinner. The manager (Maggie) and her staff was over the top nice. They have a great attitude and offered free pastries to my kids and then to my wife and myself. Completely unexpected and nice treat for our road trip. We always love Panera’s food but this service made this a great stop!

Great new spot across from Gold's and close to my fave places. Very clean. Still missing those cozy books though. Kiosks work. Coffee was hot and plentiful.

Love the new location in Mechanicsville on bell in creek road. Prices have went up, do what's new lately, higher prices, inflation for everyone and everything from food, gas, utilities, lodging, rent, automobiles, you name it, WE ARE ALL PAYING MUCH MORE, 💲💲💸💸💵🪙🪙🤑🤑💹💳💳💳🏧🏧🏧💰💰💰💰💰between 7-10% more per month based on CPI, which has went up significantly each month. With all that stated, it's not Panera's fault.

Grabbed a snack, and a cup of coffee with a friend. The physical upkeep of the restaurant was excellent. Like most Panera's, they're pretty busy. It didn't take us long to get our coffee and snacks. We had a great table View of a window.

Always come here good environment great workers and the food is awesome broccoli and cheddar bowl or even a half sandwich with soup is great can't always find a great soup or have time to make one this is a place that will provide

Having pregnancy cravings for Cinnamon Rolls and this is the closest place I could find. I called and not only did they have them, they set them aside for me to make sure no one else purchased them! Great customer service!!!

The bread was fresh and plentiful, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was clean. This was a good visit!

The short staff craze is over, the place was bustling with people talking, working, and chilling. Plenty of power for laptops. Food was as good as any other Panera I've been to.

Delicious food and great that it has a drive through when you have a tired toddler. The location was a bit off, so I suggested the edit. At first it navigated me behind the Home Depot, but it is nearby the Cumbl Cookies.

During my visit to this particular Panera Bread location the staff and the manager were extremely helpful and courteous. Corner location and an outdoor seating are nice!

I just want to recognize how hard everyone works here at this Panera. Everybody is putting there best face forward to provide amazing service for EVERYONE! The team lead with curly hair that works in the back. She’s amazing. Thank you Panera staff for being so amazing!✨

Great customer service! Soda was out and I mentioned it to the staff. They quickly replaced it, got me a fresh cup and even checked in to see if it was okay. Cashier was also competent and friendly. We are from out of town but if you're local I highly recommend this Panera!

I was having a terribly bad day but the amazing drive thru staff changed that with their customer service!

The quality and freshness of my soup/sandwich combo was just excellent. Speed of service rivaled that of any fast food joint. I went in for table service, but this store has a drive-through. Panera (and this store was no exception) makes, by far, the healthiest and best-tasting fast food on the planet.

I am generally not a fan of chain restaurants but I must give credit where credit is due. I had a great experience at this Panera location. The service was quick and friendly. The food was fresh and tasted good. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend it to a friend as a good fast food option.

Came by around 7ish this morning, and they made my day! The girl at the drive through was so nice, and my breakfast sandwich was the best I’ve had! I ordered the spinach egg white sandwich, but on a toasted everything bagel instead of the grain flat. Great Panera😊
