Had a slight issue. Spoke to the manager in the Brooksville, Florida office on route 50 She totally understood my concerns and left me a very satisfied customer. The service at enterprise rental car is fabulous. They want to see all there customers happy at any cost

This Enterprise has excellent super friendly knowledgeable employees. Katie has helped us twice, and every time, she has gone above and beyond. We will always use this location for all our car rental needs. And with the new expanding parking lot, the place will only get better. Not that it even needs to. A plus service!!

I rented a car from Enterprise in Brooksville to visit with family during the Christmas holiday. I don’t have a car at this time and although it’s expensive, it’s more convenient than Uber. Honestly it may have ended up costing just as much as renting the car.
The employees at Enterprise couldn’t have been nicer. Professional and friendly.

I recently rented a car from this Enterprise location. When I got there I was greeted by their very friendly staff. They had many different vehicles to choose from depending on your needs. All the vehicles were very clean and maintained. Leo was the person helping me with the rental. He was absolutely great with customer service. Fully walked the complete car identifying any thing with car and going over all the optional coverages. He ensured I left with no questions and was rest assured. I really enjoyed how simple and informative it was renting at this location and will continue to use them for any time I need a rental.

Walked in and don't in no more than 10 minutes. Was a fast transaction and David knew exactly what he was doing and he was very pleasant to deal with. Over all a great experience.

Front desk was very pleasant and my rental process went seamlessly. They were quick to get me on my car and on my way. The return was just as easy. They met me as I parked and checked out the car. I was in and out in minutes! Not to mention, I received follow-up emails and texts to make sure everything was still to my satisfaction. Will definitely recommend this location to rent a car.

Excellent service ,both at check in and out. Appreciated Jacob spending extra minutes at check out- going over features of rental .Access to put gas in car was different from the auto I own. It also didn't have a gas cap.

I routinely rent vehicles for business travel, Enterprise is my go to car rental company primarily because its convenient, I do not have a lot of time to spend at the desk, the management staff know me by first name and treat me very well. For business travel my invoicing has to be perfect and they always get it right! My local Brooksville office provides 5 star service each and every time, the team there are awesome and care! Kudos to that location management team!

Enterprise of Brooksville has always been my go to for car rentals and will always keep my business! I had to take an unexpected trip to Ohio , reserved a rental for 11 days last minute, after doing my research they ended up being the cheapest prices in and around my town. I came back a day early , the staff was understanding, nice and also gave me a discount from my whole trip because the windshield washer fluid wasn’t filled before renting the vehicle and the change oil light kept going off.

We rented a car from this location on Thursday and they could not have been nicer. We had a couple laughs with the guy at the front desk, I'm sorry I forgot his name! Jessica, the manager was amazing herself. She was very kind to us, addressing our questions and very professional! Thank you to all who work at this location for making our rental experience perfect!

I rented a car for my mom's visit. I received a phone call about 10 days before confirming. I also received emails with info. Everything went perfectly, the staff in the office were very knowledgeable and helpful. I only waited a few minutes when picking up and dropping off. I like that everything is on a tablet and then I am emailed my receipt. I will definitely use Enterprise again if I need to rent a car.
It was also a nice touch that the office was decorated for Christmas, very festive and cheerful!!

I rented a car from the Brooksville, FL location. Even though it is a very busy place, the staff was friendly and efficient. I was impressed at how well they kept working together so quickly and smoothly. The staff I met included Leah, Just, De’Asia, and George, who were all focused on the customers. I left my wallet in the car when I turned it in, and they went out of their way to deliver it to me, even though I was 30 miles away.
