This place is wonderful. My husband and I have been renters for over 10years and absolutely love Beverly and Jeff. They are wonderful landlords and have always been extremely good to us. Our location is beautiful and our neighbors are wonderful.

We have been avoiding looking at this company because their East Park looked unattractive. But after talking to them we are not so put off. The North and South parks were much more acceptable and they appear to be constantly upgrading. We now have hope for purchasing a home in this current seller's market.

Before signing anything!!
Beverly paints a pretty picture, she’s been talking about upgrades for years. After recently visiting the park, there has been no changes, matter of fact it looks worse than ever!!
My mom is living proof that Beverly is a liar! She has manipulated many people out of their homes, investments and life savings.
She only has her best interest at heart and will do and/or say whatever she needs to for her to come out on top!!
Disgusts me to know that she is still in business!
