TownePlace Suites by Marriott Wareham Buzzards Bay

Everyone was friendly and helpful. There was ample parking, the rooms were fabulous with a refrigerator and freezer, toaster and stove. There was everything you need at your fingertips. I w especially love the coffee and tea service at anytime of the day. In the lobby. The breakfast was adequate I loved having cage free eggs and yogurt every day. Also the gym was amazing it was all new equipment there was a peloton bike and the mats and they had everything you could one as far as working out and I am a big gym rat. There was also an indoor pool but I didn't use that but it looked clean and neat.

Cynthia gave us great customer service both on the phone and in person. We were upgraded to a king room from a queen with a bog view!!! She was excellent! My mother in law came from out of town and was very comfortable! My kids enjoyed the pool as well! Cynthia definitely went above and beyond for our stay, she was great !! Oh and someone was getting married! So we got to see that from our window it was so beautiful!!!

Cynthia checked us in and she was fantastic. We got a good roam on the 4th floor overlooking the cranberry bogs. The room was clean. The view was great. It shares a parking lot with the 99. So easy way to get food while you're staying here. They have breakfast in the morning. If you're in this area I would definitely check out this hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay here as I was in town for a family function. It was so welcoming, warm and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. It is in a great location with lot of shopping, the beach is really close, and so much more. Cynthia and Bette were so welcoming at the front desk and attentive. They called my room after checking in to make sure I was happy with my room.

This hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping centers. We stayed overnight for a wedding where my sister in law got married. The place is clean and the staff were great. I would highly recommend this place for a wedding/stay.

Our stay at Townplace Suites in Wareham has been amazing. My husband has been here for over a month for work, and I came to join him for his last few weeks. I have to say this has been one of the best stays we have experienced in a while. The entire staff has been very accommodating, friendly, and simply fantastic. All the staff members go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and your stay pleasant, but Cynthia was the best! No matter what we needed, she made sure we had it. Cynthia is always sweet and very helpful. Thanks to Cynthia and the entire staff at Townplace Suites in Wareham, MA. We will definitely return!

This weekend was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First of all the hotel and the rooms were unbelievably clean, spacious, and comfortable. The front desk staff were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was again clean, organized, and very good for a free breakfast! The lemon infused water in the front was sensational and such a nice touch! They also had a complimentary tea/coffee station 24/7 which was nice. If I am ever in the area again I will 100 percent be staying here. I was here for a wedding so not sure when I will be back, but I know I will be staying here.

Cynthia was very helpful at check in and during my stay. She learned and used my name. I was amazed.
All staff I encountered were very pleasant and helpful.

My godfather & I stayed here for a couple of nights. This place is awesome. Situated right near the highway. Right in the same plaza as a few restaurants (Five Guys, 99, and a hibachi place). They have a heated swimming pool & fitness room. The breakfast they serve is outstanding. My godfather had cheese eggs, bacon, and potatoes one day. They also had a variety of drinks (milk, juice, coffee), cereals, yogurt, breads, etc. The thing that stood out most was how my godfather left his gold chain behind. Housekeeping turned it in, and the staff held it until I could come pick it up. Kudos to them for their integrity ❤ Would definitely recommend!

Great staff, great rooms. The minute you walk into your room, it smells excellent. The staff is very accommodating—great location right off the highway and close to restaurants and stores. The televisions are very modern, and you can stream Netflix or YouTube.

My wife and I have been staying here for almost two weeks while having work done at our home. The staff have been amazing! Extremely friendly and patient helping us with all of our needs. The rooms are very nice and clean. The location is great. The cranberry bogs behind the hotel are perfect for a nice walk with our dogs. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Love it! We had a bad experience at an inn in Onset and left to come here for a night we wished we had booked here to begin with. Rooms were great my son loved the cranberry bogs outside his window. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook! Staff was very helpful and friendly, highly recommend!

So I arrive here on a Friday night. Late. It’s raining. Phone dead. Need phone to complete my rewards reservation on my phone because- well- it’s 50% cheaper..

Front desk clerk warmly greets me with an attentive and warm smile. She recognizes the situation and hands me her phone charger. I’m in my room 5 minutes later, eager to finish some emails.

An hour later, I’m famished. Options limited. Grab a frozen pizza from lobby…(And who doesn’t a love dash of hot sauce or something on their pizza??!?). It doesn’t hurt to ask the front desk again, right? So I ask her..

“You wouldn’t happen to have a staff fridge with a bottle of hot sauce back there do ya?!”

“No, we don’t, but let me see what I can do..”

She finds keys to breakfast area, unlocks a few things and hands me 3 hot sauce packets…

Now why can’t Everyone be like her?!

Service like it USED to be. Service like it SHOULD BE.

So… THANK YOU SARAH for making my day!

Would it also interest you to know that she is a college student. Its Friday night. And she did this 30 minutes BEFORE and AFTER her shift was over.

And I still have her charger…she let me borrow it for night.

The service is JUST as good. Cynthia at front desk. The breakfast guy is cheerily greeting everyone helping out.

What’s in the water here? Every. Single. Person knows good service!!

Does the hotel need a bit of a facelift? Sure.
But it’s late September and it’s packed here. There is a good reason..

We return to this hotel when we visit Cape Cod! Proximity to scenic Cape Cod Canal and the Cape Cod Railroad for scenic train rides! Very nice indoor pool and our room was wonderful! I would like to recognize the outstanding front desk staff! Sarah and Cynthia and Larry! Larry helped us use an appliance rebate gift card to pay our balance. We appreciate the helpfulness. This hotel is on our list for a return visit and to recommend to others! 👍

We have been so well cared for since we checked in to our rooms. We are so happy with everything.

We had a great time. It's a nice hotel in a great location. Parking costs $20, though, and they don't tell you that. The room we checked into had a faulty TV, so we were moved to a different room. We were given breakfast vouchers for our troubles. Easy walk to the MGM for the casino or events. The only thing I didn't like was the price. $250 was a little steep for rooms that aren't modern, Tvs that don't work, paid parking, and a strict checkout time regardless if you're having an emergency.

Our stay in the hotel was very comfortable not just because of free breakfast, cozy bed, decent sized room with all the amenities but also because of the amazing staff. Everyone over there was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Cynthia for going above and beyond in helping us in finding our lost car keys. I highly recommend this place and would like to return whenever get a chance to do so.

Staff was very friendly ! Perfect stay! Super clean

The staff were super nice. More than exspected. Everyone was very welcoming. The lounge and food court were modern and "upscale" but also warm and welcoming. There was an outdoor deck with seating and a view of the cranberry bog next door.
The room was super spacious and came with all the bells and whistles you could need and more that you don't expect, like a dishwasher, and fully equipped kitchen. Felt like staying at a friend's guest house more than "a stay at a hotel". ONLY downfall as to why not 5 star is the beds. Hotels I find across the board have hard mattresses which makes sleeping tough, but that's a personal preference. Definitely worth a stay, for either business or pleasure.

This year, we had a death in the family and had to stay at a local hotel to deal with the aftermath. Our family booked 2 rooms, had our dog with us, were in and out, and had to unexpectedly extend for a couple days in the absolute height of "the season."

Cynthia, Sarah, and all of the front desk staff (I don't have everyone's names) were exceptionally kind and thoughtful. Jorge in the kitchen is friendly and happy to talk to people, I watched him teach a couple kids how to use the waffle maker safely.

Over and over in the past several years we've stayed here. It's the only option close to our parents' home. Easy to get to off 195, Wareham Crossing is right there for anything you need from clothing to office goods, and restaurants. Walmart and Target. The only problem is walking to Wareham crossing is dangerous, so don't do it.

the pool is great, the patio is great (but the firepit was broken when we were there recently so we didn't get to use it).

I've been very satisfied with our stays here. Wareham could use a couple more hotels though, since we had to listen to the front desk explain to people they are fully booked. That's the season. It's a challenge June to September and that is not their fault!

I am sorry if anyone else has had negative experiences, but ours has always been spot on good.
