Pole Green Produce

Loved this cute little roadside shop. Plenty of beautiful mums, canned foods, veggies, pumpkins, and other fall items. Found three beautiful little pumpkins (white, green, and orange) and picked up God's gift to Hanover County Virginia - renowned Hanover 🍅. Cuz we all need a 'mater sammich from time to time!

What a great roadside produce market! They kind of have everything here. Today we stopped by for the first time grabbed some hand over tomatoes, cucumbers, peaches and a few other things. They have a massive selection from eggplants, watermelons, onions, peanuts, jams, jellies, dips, pickled things and on and on and on. They had a pretty good selection of flowers you could pick from as well. They also had some seafood with local oysters, some Bluefin crab, shrimp and scallops. They also sold all kinds of little knick knacks like Flags and things to go in your yard. Was pretty busy plenty of parking space. Might be a tad pricier than a local supermarket but the quality and tastiness of the items I'm sure are much better. Great little place to take a Sunday drive and end up at for some good veggies and fruit for the week.

I just love Pole green. My family and i make a family outing of it. Our older generation help the young adults and kids not lose knowledge on different vegetables that are not always in the store. I just learned about creases at 34 yr old and they were so delicious. Thanks pole Green for been apart of our family fun.

My only farmer's market. Prices are excellent produce is abundant and fresh and the ambiance is outstanding

We love this farmers market! Fresh produce and plenty of variety. If you don't know how to pick a good melon, staff will help you. I stopped today just to grab some tomatoes. I left with tomatoes, Hanover Peaches, sweet corn, butterbeans, and a cantaloupe.

Excellent Highly recommend you go see for yourself. Great selection of vegetables and fruits, Amish made butter and more. Moderate prices.

Awesome produce! I love this place. I will definitely be going back soon. The cantaloupe is so delicious.

The people at Pole Green helped my sister pick a GREAT watermelon recently. She didn't ask for the special attention, but it was offered so she accepted it. At home, my mom ate several servings and enjoyed it so much - we all did. It was a special treasured treat.

Great produce! This is where we get out Hanover Tomatoes! Big tomatoes 🍅! 1 slice covers a slice of bread, great tomato sandwich!!

I haven't been out here in a while. Still a fantastic selection of produce, jams, honey, meat and eggs to name a few things available! Fresh local produce!

This is a wonderful vegetable stand in the Mechanicsville area. The owners/staff are friendly, knowledgeable and their prices are fair. On my visits they have very efficiently checked me out and helped with bags to my car. They sell wonderful fruit vegetables, homemade salsas relishes jams and also have yard lawn ornaments and flags, etc. I travel 25+ miles to enjoy picking out my fruit and vegetables and would rate it 15 stars if possible. Hope to enjoy many trips to this stand over summer and fall.

I 💯 love this place. omg all the fall and Halloween decorations it's beautiful everyone is always there if you need anything and such a large selection of everything 💕 thank you guys for all the hard you doooo ,, look at these beauties ❤

Pole Green Market is one of my favorite Farmer's market in the Richmond area. My grandchildren loved all the pumpkins and fall decorations, especially the cute little red wagon where I put the youngest one in while gathering all our produce and flowers! 🌺

The Hanover Tomatoes are outstanding.
White Flesh PEACHES 🍑 were delicious.
Yellow Squash and Zucchini Squash....so very delicious.

LOVE Pole Green! We hit it often heading to Heathsville. Always fresh and plentiful. The youngsters working there will take you goodies to the car for you!

Great place to go and get produce. Wish you were closer to me, but I'm going to make trips here because I liked everything.

Update: 4/1/23. Produce not in full swing yet, lots of new products that I didn't see last year!
Got cherry and strawberry cider. Also found horseradish mustard. Always love shopping here!

Very nice produce stand. I stopped by to get some Hanover tomatoes. Also found yellow squash, peaches, ears of corn and cucumbers. They carry so many vegetables and fruit to pick from. Employees friendly and helpful. Stop and get you some fresh produce.
