Macy's

Great Macy’s location right here in Spotsylvania Town Center. We come here about once a month. Have great deals on everything to be honest. Their clearance section is where you can really cleanup! I have heard rumors that they are closing but as of today they are still open and ready for business!

Great place to shop for Black Friday deals. I got a Ck coat at 60% off. I do like Macy’s and enjoy my shopping experiences there. The customer service person was friendly, and very patient while I was trying to choose between several purses. The store was clean, and more organized than others I’ve been too in the past few years.

I came here to buy a blanket and small bowl shaped cups for lattes. I saw a one good blanket but it wasnt on sale. By the time I was shopping around, I was so far away from Macy's. I'd buy it though. Their cup section had a variety of options but not quite what I was looking for (admittedly not a common cup) but I enjoyed shopping around anyway.

I went in today to return some items and I asked if I could return my items at the regular register and the cashier told me yes that I could so, I hopped in line and my husband joked because I was next in line anyways but I went in the line where it says "line starts here". Anyways, super nice cashier. The store was very clean.

I went to get my wife's angel perfume refilled, and had assume customer service from them. The refill ran out and she had to get a new bottle and let me know it will be take a couple of minutes. Good customer service!!!!!!!

Very clean, well organized, one of the better Macy's that I have visited in recent years. Would recommend!

The lady at the perfume section was nice and friendly. It's hard to find good customer service now a days but she was outstanding.

I like these Macy's I went to return something, and to find something different, the workers over in perfume was so helpful didn't rush me to get something I didn't want took their time helping just upset I forgot their names

The wonderful lady at the cosmetics department went up and beyond and took care of my family shopping check out by offering to get us rung up with her.. Actually one of those times leaving a store and being impressed. Wish I had the receipt with her name as she was what you look for when you come to a mall department store... Great experience!

Customer service in the Perfume department, asian lady, was great.

Vivian at the perfume counter provides A+, First-Class customer service. She acknowledges you promptly and greets with a smile and offers to assist . Vivian took the time care to ask me what I was looking for, and to formally show me around the floor. (Above and beyond). Stayed with me, even when I pardoned her to help another customer, she called another associate to help them, so she could continue with me, ( another A+ point). While finalizing my selection, she walked through the current payment and account offerings ( 25% off opening a new account that day), another + point. Throughout the interaction, Vivian was ALWAYS POSITIVE, and maintained a level of excitement throughout the interaction. A+. As a result, I opened an Amex account, and purchased an additional item for my wife's anniversary, with Vivians guidance. Awesome job Vivian! Thank you! I Highly recommend going to Macy's and working with Vivian for your perfume and cosmetic needs. Top rate Customer Service!
