I lost my receipt to fill out the survey for the wonderful cashier that checked me out. Kelly is fantastic and has such great energy. She was very polite and efficient and can't wait to visit this location. 10/10 customer service in my opinion.

BAM is a really good bookstore with a wide variety of choices. This bookstore seems to be very popular with a wide range of people and ages. There are many comfortable seats to take advantage of when ensuring you are choosing the correct book.

I love this BAM. It's carefully tucked away in a giant shopping center & has a great selection of New / Used stock. I've seen a good number of surprise discounts in manga and business subjects as well.

The kids love going here. Now since they have gotten older their love for books have expanded. Great prices and amazing book selections.

The aisles are nice and wide enough to accommodate a knee scooter or wheelchair. The coffee shop has excellent regular coffee with creamer!

I always end up spending too much money buying books and manga here. They have many different genres and games, as well as a coffee shop in the store. The employees are friendly and very helpful. It is always clean and comforting.

Great experience! I was wowed. The staff knew their store, were friendly and helpful and pleasant. Found books I didn't think we would for great prices. Loved it!

They still have chairs you can relax and read in. I wish more bookstores had armchairs.

Cozy place. Not just to buy books and stationary, but also to enjoy a good cup of coffee and unwind.

It had a ton of various books, comics, and games. It had a great selection with decent prices.

I absolutely love this bookstore, it has the best homey feel and a widespread collection anywhere from poetry to Manga to self help books to bibles, any book need you have you can find here. And they have amazing merchandise which make perfect gifts

This is my personal book store of choice. Staff is wonderful, kind, knowledgeable & helpful.

The store itself is really big & offers quite a variety of books, magazines, collectables & so on.

I haven't really tried the cafe but I've heard nothing but positive things about it as well.

Perfect spot to spend the day with family. Books and toys for all ages. Clean atmosphere, well organized and very personable staff. It has a cafe with specialty drinks too!

You can always find what you're looking for. Employees are fabulous. Great prices and they're always having sales and discounts. Have not tried the Joe's Coffee shop yet though.

Awesome book store with reasonable prices large selection of new and classic literature. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Very organized and neat place. I usually like to buy used books, but I'll come here occasionally if I want to treat myself. They also have a nice little cafe inside if you want to grab a coffee and sit and read a book. Nice quiet space.

I really like their magazine selection.
