Lots of great deals today. The cashiers were friendly. The cashier that worked the cosmetics counter came around to help and she took us to check out at the cosmetics counter. She was super nice and smiling. My husband even made her laugh. It was a good experience today.

We went here to try to find my 78 year old mother a long dress to wear for my upcoming wedding. This had proven to be challenging while looking over the past 6 weeks due to her needing a plus size dress and her only being 4'9" tall. We totally lucked out at JC Penney where we found the perfect size 18 petite dress that fit her perfectly. It was originally priced at $129, but was on sale for $89. We just happened to walk in on the last day of a Friend's and Family Sale which brought the final price down to $65 including tax. My mom, my fiancé and I all left the store extremely pleased with the price, the quality, and the service we received.

I absolutely love this store. You can always find a good sale at this place whether it's in shoes or clothes. I always to the Worthington brand for work clothes. All of the sales associates are friendly and helpful. The people at Sephora J C Penney are great at helping you pick the right makeup products.

Hannah the cashier was amazing. Very friendly. One of my items did not have a ticket see looked it up with no problem with a smile on her face.

Bring my mother quite often to shop.

I took my daughter to get her hair done at the salon with the gorgeous Hair Designer Ms. Londyn who works magic!!! I highly recommend her. She is incredibly skilled and talented with amazing customer service.

On my last visit I took out their credit card, but never received it. I was told today that they had no record of it.

Quality care and attentive stylists. Best to have an appointment but not needed (call first to see if they're real busy). Middle to upper pricing.

JC Penney is one of the last big department stores from my childhood. They have great sales/discounts. Customer service was excellent in the men's department! Staff and team leader went above and beyond to assist us in finding men's 4X winter coat!

I encountered wonderful people at JC Penney today. First at Sephora, I was assisted by one of the most help, patient young ladies and in tbe womens department another wonderful lady helped me. When walking around in the stores there was always a sales person there, asking if I needed help. It was a great experience. I rate it a 10+.

I bought a MSK Shirt Dress that was originally $74 for less than $20. You just gotta love that kinda sale!!!😊

Best quality and prices around.
Far better quality than at Kohls.
Dress shirts don't hold up after several washings.

JcPenny salon is awesome. My stylist Londyn is professional, makes the best recommendations, specializing in hair extensions, ponytails, color and makeup. You leave with exactly what you asked for. I definitely will be back!

This JCPenny is split in two so all the mens clothing is in its own store. That makes it very convenient for me and the staff is always super helpful! I love going to this location.

JCP Salon in Spotsylvania is one of the best salons in the area! My daughter and I had a pleasant experience working with Londyn. She was very professional and gave us great advice on hair care. I absolutely loved my daughters new look !
