Mildred was incredibly helpful. Cleaned the excess wax from my ears, then gave me a very through hearing test. First I should say that I've had aids for 6+ years. That was yesterday. Today I went back and bought a new set. I have good insurance that helps, so I ended up with a pair of quality aids. She went above and beyond to get my aids as soon as possible since they don't stock them. I can only say nice things about everyone in this office. Even the receptionist offerd to call the insurance company, which she did and took care of everything. Highly recommend 👌

The staff is very professional and friendly. Mildred Hmila, the Hearing Specialist who performed the audiology exam was very, very thorough and informative.
Not only did she perform and audiology exam that was very thorough, the last time an exam like this was performed I was going into the military, but she explained the results and was very informative in providing all the information that I needed regarding choosing the correct hearing aid that I needed. She was very helpful syncing the hearing aid to my cell phone and explaining all the workings of the app.
Overall, I am very happy with the services provided by Hearing Center of Broward and will highly recommend their services.

Went to the hearing center to have my hearing checked due to a pulsating heartbeat in my right ear. The lady at the front desk and the tech doing my exam was outstanding, professional, extremely attentive, and caring. The tech shared an experience about herself based on the same problem I was having with the pulsating in my ears that I found to be very helpful and will consult with my doctor and also read about the meds I’m taking. Thank you ladies! Everything was wonderful.

I've been to the Hearing Center of Broward on several occasions at two different locations. Every time I've been, I've had a great experience. Everyone I've interacted with, including office staff, techs, and doctors, have been very nice and helpful. Dr. Jennifer Van Doren, who I've had the most experience with, was recommended to me by a family member. She is very knowledgeable, competent, helpful, and kind. They have been able to see me on short notice and have always been willing and able to correct any problems I've had with fit from previous visits. The employees truly want to make sure their customers are satisfied and go the extra mile to ensure it. I highly recommend this business!

Most professional, compassionate, experienced and knowledgeable people I have ever come across in many years. They made me feel special and were really concerned about my reasons for being there. My husband had an appointment at the Plantation Office last week and and we went back today for a fitting. What a wonderful experience. From making the first appt with Ruth, who is very helpful and caring and an amazing front desk staff. Then we met with Jennifer Van Dorn who is the Audiologist. She is so knowledgeable and professional. Took her time with my husband and made sure he was comfortable putting on his hearing aids and learning how to care for them. I would HIGHLY recommend this location and staff. What a pleasant experience!!!!

Very professional and thorough. They took the time to explain everything form the hearing tests results, hearing aid options, and costs. After I choose my hearing aids the doctor took the all the time required that I required to explain the operation and use of my particular model.

Patient and friendly staff, everyone is considerate. The doctor goes into explaining how and why she does what she does so the patient is informed. It made me very comfortable knowing she was competent in her field. Millie definitely cares more for her patients than her pocketbook, it's great to see the medical field isn't just about numbers in this office.

Mildred audiologist and Ruth are a phenomenal team. Highly recommend them. They walk me through anything that I might need with regards to my hearing aids. Very attentive and professional.

I brought my elderly Mom in because I was told she needed new hearing aides. Ruth at the front desk was kind and caring both on the phone and in person.
Dr Jennifer Van Dorn was an educated, sweet and knowledgeable person and made us both feel at ease. She could have easily automatically recommended new hearing aides but instead explained our options. She made some adjustments and spoke to us about the situation. Mom left with her same devices but a much better understanding of their use.
I highly recommend the Hearing Center of Broward & Palm Beach and Dr Van Dorn.

The offices were clean and organized. They did not rush me through the process of testing my hearing and going through the programming of my new hearing aids.

I was very satisfied with Dr. Van Dorn’s honesty. She is located in the Plantation office. Others tried to sell me a very expensive hearing aid which would not have helped me at all. Dr Van Dorn told me what the most I could achieve in a hearing aid based on my hearing loss. I was very happy with the choice of hearing aid she suggested. She was very patient with my ability to only read lips and she took her time in explaining everything to me. I would recommend her to anyone needing an honest opinion on what hearing aid would benefit them.

Millie made my hearing appointment a wonderful experience. She is patient, thorough, kind and caring. She took her time and clearly explained my hearing needs and what aid would be best for me.

Finally found a place for all my hearing needs. Dr Jennifer Van Dorn and Ruth took care of my hearing aid issue when no one else could figure it out. They gave me a temporary wire while waiting for my new hearing aid wire. Dr Van Dorn is so nice and giving with her time (was able to see her after my work hours both times). I will definitely be purchasing my next hearing aid from here!

Massive shoutout to Ruth for helping me replace the wax guard on my hearing aid. I had the wrong tool and she was able to help me and provide the correct tool! Thanks again!

I have been a patient of the Hearing enter for over ten years. First u der Dr Rahe and now Dr Vandoren. Both doctors al ok ng with other staff members are very helpful. They take the time to make sure you are happy with you hearing aids.when you need help or questions answered they make the time to help you.

Great hearing center, they are clear about everything plus for a 21 year old guy i didn’t feel taken advantage. They were doing everything to help me. The nicest people ever!
