Richard's Motel Extended Stay

Spent the night here last night of a 6 day vacation and got the best sleep! Nice and quiet great ac awesome bed! If I come back down this way I'd definitely stay here again!

Love this place!!!! It's so cute and comfortable. The rooms are clean and roomy. Definitely will come back!

I've been traveling for a while, and I have not found a better place. The price is great, the service is awesome, and they really go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. It's a cute little place and extremely cozy, private, and quiet. They have great security and everything needed for a great stay.

So glad to stay here. It is peaceful, comfortable, and safe. Excellent place to rest and feel at ease. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. This is my second stay here - Every experience so far has been pleasant and everyone I've encountered so hospitable- especially Lucia in the office who is wonderful and has been so helpful especially during these times. So Grateful and happy with Richards motel.

Farrah was awesome and very accommodating. I stayed at Richard's Motel a few weeks ago on a rainy night. I was very tired, but She made sure I was helped in a timely manner. She even called her boss to make sure I got the best rate. I wasn't in a talkative mood, but she got a smile out of me. Farrah is awesome!

We needed a room at the last minute and we were pleasantly surprised by our room for the price! It was clean and comfortable! The outside is beautiful! Richard saved us! Visit this location, we will be back!

I urgently needed a room to spend the night and I found this motel nearby. I did not even expect to get such a great place for this money. It is a very comfortable clean room with a large bed. There is a separate kitchen with an oven, refrigerator and microwave. Clean shower, clean linens. I am very satisfied with my experience.

I believe that I have already given a review. My android asked for text again? Without sounding redundant I could not be more happy with my stay at Richard's. Staff, great, ambience amazing!!. I have met people from around the world and truly enjoyed my time. The grills, pools and gardens are truly a perfect spot to meet new people. The rooms are clean and spacious with all the technology needed to stay close for business. A truly unique place and great pricing.... Beau

Excellent place, especially the maintenance guy edwin he was very professional and very polite. Even I stay there a long time ago I did not gave the place a review. Pool clean, family oriented and very peaceful place. I will stay there again.

This is an absolutely beautiful room! The price is wonderful and the location is perfect! This may be my favorite place to stay.

Lucille and Joyce made my mom 3 months stay great and worry free for me and my family. She's looking forward to coming back next year same time same place. She love the area, neighbors, and staff. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are always super clean. The location is very quiet and affordable. I love that they have an on-site laundry room! Great place to stay!

My friend Charlie had to stay somewhere for 2 days since he was getting his trailer tented. Most places were booked but Richards had a room for him. It was one of the most pleasant stays in a motel he has had. He asked me to write this review to say the customer service was excellent. The woman at the dIsk was most pleasant and did all she could to make sure he was accommodated. He is handicapped and their handicap rooms are impeccably clean and accessible. The pool is right outside the room. There is a pool chair to lower handicap patrons into the pool. He enjoyed himself so much because of this. He has not been able to go in a pool for years and this made it possible for him. Parking was right outside the door too. Small things like this plus the pleasant staff that do so much to make sure your in need of nothing made his time in room 501 one of the best in years.If he had the extra money he would have stayed longer. He is especially going to miss the pool. Kudos to the owner and staff. Thank you again.

Lovely motel with nice outdoor garden space, room was very clean and bigger than expected with a kitchen. Great quiet nights sleep and the staff were really nice and helpful

I was surprised when i got there, my room was upgraded and so clean and spacious! They take good care of everything, i went to the wrong one and the man at the front desk was so nice to give me the directions to the extended stay,i will definitely be back It was like being in a studio condo, loved it!

Farrah is very friendly, helpful and also very accomdating in this busy season. We stay are here regularly and are very happy with service, rooms and cleaniness. We definately recommend staying at Richards next your in Hollywood.

Have stayed at Richard's extended stay for quite a few years now! Very quiet and monitored well! He has always given me a fair rate as he realizes I am a steady customer yearly! Lucia has always wecomed me back with open arms! Highly recommend!!

Outstanding safe quiet comfortable place to stay staff is outstanding I have also stayed in the more expensive hotels Hilton , Westin,Bally's Hotel you can feel safe and secure staying here . When you really want to stay away from the crowds pick a nice local family Hotel very pleased with my stay here...

I recommend this place to anyone, the place clean and quite. I most like the service I have received. Maria help me so much and was so polite. Their rooms are clean and they been so reasonable in prices.Greatly appreciated your help.
