Walgreens

This review is for the pharmacist Esme (not sure if I’m spelling it correctly). Walgreens has changed the manufacturer of my medication for the last 3-4 refills. It’s frustrating to have to take a new generic version of my meds with every refill and deal with potential new side effects. This last new generic one possibly caused me to break out in a rash so my doc advised me to go talk to the pharmacist and see if they can order the previous generic version that worked best for me. Esme listened to my concerns and took the time to research two previous generics I’d used before that had no ill effects. She ordered the one that could get there quickest and had it there the following morning. She was professional and personable (even when a disgruntled rude customer in line behind me started yelling for me to leave because I’d been there too long and he wanted her to help him…have manners people, he’d only been waiting like 5 minutes!). So Esme gets 5 stars and most of the pharmacy staff too. But Walgreens truly needs to stop switching up drug manufacturers so frequently. They’re not all interchangeable, different fillers cause different side effects, and it’s unfair to your customers to have such inconsistency and not know what we’re getting until after we’ve paid for it. Thank you Esme for caring! I really appreciate it.

Although this particular Walgreens is very busy I have found that in dealing with the pharmacy staff and the staff in general they are very courteous and they go the extra mile. In fact in particular our family does not have insurance that covers our medications and we spend alot if money alone on meds. The pharmacy staff goes the extra mile to assist us with special discount cards that we didn't even have in order to help us. They may be busy and there is a wait but it's worth it. I appreciate you guys your team thank you from out family

Very caring and helpful pharmacy unlike Cvs who doesn’t care at all. I had to transfer a prescription from cvs to Walgreens because new manufacturers Cvs switched to med didn’t work for my son. CVS would not send it, Walgreens pharmacy staff was very caring and helpful trying to help us. I finally had to get his Doctor to help Walgreens is much better than Cvs who hangs up on people and doesn’t respond.

This review is especially for Cynthia she was sweet and amazing helps me, I'm definitely think wall green needs more people like her, I truly recommend her for all needs, Ty Cynthia :)

Love my local pharmacy! Yes it does get busy but that mainly because of all the tourists the area receives. This pharmacy hands down does the best in the high demand area they are in.

My review is for Manuela in the photo department! I usually just use Walgreens for photos! She was wonderful ! Nice , patient and taught me how to use the photo machine with a sim! Besides , having to assist customers in the photo department, she steadily rang out all customers! Manuela said, " Everyone deserves the same customer service! That's my job"

Not sure why all the bad reviews, granted I haven't used them for getting prescriptions, but last time I went the lady who rang me up was very pleasant and cordial. Plus they have some good sales and great items to give as gifts.

Great for a quick couple of items or getting your prescription or just need a few things for the beach ⛱

I've been at clinic for treatment and I got right prescription for that. Doctor Yelena Bondar helped me and her prescription for me really helped fast. Thank you. Didn't wait too long at the pharmacy for my prescription.

Sandra at the beauty/cosmetics check-out aisle was simply the best! She was so eager to go above and beyond while shopping at this location, will go back again!
