We made an appointment the day before our service date for four Continental Tires and an oil change. Store Manager, Bruno and Assistant Manager, Joe ordered our tires and set our appointment. As always the staff was timely and knowledgeable and made sure we ordered the correct size tire. My family love taking their vehicle to the location in the falls. Wonderful people! Very polite, professional and attentive. Called up Joe in the morning and asked if they could do a patch and he told me to bring it right in. Des was the wheel tech who performed the patch. Gave me back the car as I provided it to them. Not only did he patch the wheel at issue, he checked/adjusted air pressure on the remaining 3, reset my TPS system and torqued my wheel manually to specs. This was all done 20-30 minutes wait. Very satisfied customer and I do recommend them! I watched them interact with other customers and they were attentive, polite and very informative. Just a genuine sense of feeling that they care about the customer and getting the job done right. Thank you for getting me in and out! Mike

Showed up with low tire pressure on one wheel. They said it would take 40 minutes and the cost would be $45 to repair it. They delivered! Great, friendly service and I will definitely use them again!

Very grateful and grateful to Tire Choice and in particular Jason. They were efficient, knowledgeable, honest and transparent. Thanks to them, the vibration in my car while driving has improved. They flawlessly rotated and balanced my tires while also installing new rims. Incredible customer service and they are military friendly. Highly recommend this location, you won't regret it.

Bought four tires and had all my brakes done. What a pleasant experience compared to other places I have been to over the years. Those other places always push unneeded work just to pad the bill. The manager at this place, I believe his name is Jammel, worked with me to explain all the options and recommended a great choice (not the high price option!). They have me as a customer for life. Keep up the good work.

I've been coming here for a few years and recommend them to everyone. I'm a car guy and I really appreciate that they take care when working on your car not to scratch your wheels or leave fingerprints everywhere. Their service is great and if they don't have the tires you need in stock, they'll locate them and promptly call you back with a fair quote. After ordering my tires, I was given an appointment time and not only were they ready for me when I arrived, but my tires and alignment were completed 20 minutes earlier than what I was originally told. Great experience and highly recommended.

This place won me over. I brought the car in because there was a nail in the tire. They told me it would be about an hour before they could get to. I got a call back within 45 minutes that it was patched and ready! When I came in to pick it up, they told me not to worry about paying for it because it was such an easy fix.

What a decent, honest, and commendable thing to do for someone having a bad day. This place made a loyal customer out of me. I asked for an estimate on replacing my other car's tires. The clerk took the time to explain my options and I plan on returning this week for four new tires. ABSOLUTELY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'd give them six stars if I could!

Bruno and the rest of the team at TireChoice were extremely kind and helpful. They helped us identify what was wrong with our Dodge Nitro in a clear manner and they changed our oil free of charge. Thank you again! We will be back for sure :)
