I was able to get a quote over the phone, and then the same day they were able to come out and replace the hot water heater. They even added the expansion tank, new valves, and gave me some advice on updates needed in our bathroom upstairs.

I’ve spoken with several plumbers on different matters and so far this was the best experience.

I have been very pleased with the professional, fast service that I have received from HMS Plumbing! From my water heater to hose spigots, HMS Plumbing has been friendly and extremely reasonably priced. My parents have also been pleased with the quick response to emergency situations! Their well pump failed, and HMS replaced it within hours and were hundreds of dollars less than the competition in the area! They are the BEST!

Luis and Rene were awesome. Kept working even in frigid temps and kept us informed every step along the way. HMS has been our go-to plumbers for over a decade and they ALWAYS come through. Want someone you can count on in a pinch - think HMS.

I can't say enough great things about this company. They are a family owned and operated, so as a small business owner myself I always try to use Independent/ Local business. The Owner Diane and her Husband Herve are just genuinely amazing people. Every interaction I have ever had with these two has always been a joy. They make you feel like family not just another number. Over the years Like most home owner's I have had several different issues that HMS Plumbing has taken care of for me . They changed my well pump, my basement sump pump, and replaced my shower valve that had a leak in it . There Plumbers are highly trained and extremely professional. Always on time, polite and accurate with there diagnosis, best of all is there prices $$$. We had a sump pump that quit working while it was still raining out. I called around to many other plumbers and nobody could get someone out the same day or they didn't even answer their phone. HMS got someone to us within a couple hours. We had our sump pump replaced for what I felt was a very reasonable price and there were no emergency fees tacked on. I had assumed that the person they sent to us would maybe not be one of the better plumbers due to it being last minute, but we were sent a master plumber who my husband found to be extremely knowledgeable. We will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We have been using HMS Plumbing at our business, Trident Martial Arts, for over 15 years and wouldn't ever use anyone but them. They are always on time, get the job done right, and the prices are good. If you truly want a plumbing company that knows their stuff and understands what good customer service is -- call them!

Basement flooded, sub-pump stopped working, and to top it off the well was over flooded with muddy water. I called HMS Plumbing and Luis was able to arrive 2 hours later!! Luis was able to help us figure out the problems, offer lots of good advice, and installed a whole house water filter the same day. The cost of the whole visit was very affordable (A LOT less than what I thought it should cost). Luis stayed and made sure we understood everything he did and how to maintain the new filter system. Lastly, he gave us many options and ideas for what to do in the future so this kind of thing doesn't happen again.

HMS did an excellent job repairing some water heater elements for me. Their technician was awesome and worked with me to find the best solution to a unique problem. Extremely knowledgeable and excellent customer service. I am a General Contractor and I was very impressed. Thanks, HMS!

I had a water leak in my ceiling in the dining room. The leak was coming from one of the toilets in the upstairs bathroom. I called HMS plumbing and within 30mins, the plumber arrived. He identified the leak and professionally walked me through all the options I had in repairing the leak. He made sure I understood the issues and provided future recommendations to ensure leaks didn't happen in the future. I was very satisfied with the service from HMS plumbing and Will the plumber was great!!! Would definitely recommend to use them!

Very pleased with HMS. They have done work for us at 3 different houses over the past 8 years with the most recent being a sewer relining. The crew worked long hours to get the job done over a few days. Pricing is reasonable for service plumbers. Offered financing too for the expensive relining work.

I could not have asked for better service. HMS was able to troubleshoot the problem and get it fixed the next day. They were also best on price against local competetiors. They care about cusotmer service and make sure the job gets done right the first time.

Terrible customer service. I order my water heater one week in advance and the day it was supposed to be installed I received a call saying the price they gave me before was incorrect ($1,150 instead of $1,250) They had one week to check my order and 1 hour before installation I received a called saying they will not installed it unless I pay the difference. It was not my fault they had a price mixed up and did not check my order in advance. I would have paid the difference a week ago, not the same day. HMS only care about making a profit, not customer satisfaction.
I called BOOZE Plumbing in Vienna and they have better prices and better customer service.

Someone came out twice to identify the source of the leak. He thought it was a problem with caulking but I had to hire someone else to tighten the tub drain opening -- compression joints on the drain line showed obvious water leakage, and he was able to trace water stains to the drain opening. I asked HMS to reimburse the $175 service charge since they never identified the source of or fixed the leak. I was first guilted into reconsidering asking for this reimbursement because the plumber would be docked $175 from his paycheck. Then I was told flat out I was lying to them because they didn't receive the invoice I sent twice by email. Diana was horrifically rude and clearly unwilling to accept that the plumber made a mistake.

We reached out an wanted to get a quote they came out same day an gave us a quote . Then we waited a little to give them a call to schedule them. Called them to schedule and they said they would be here on a Thursday , never showed up and never called , when I called they said they could not find our quote or the location address or information . They then rescheduled for Monday , did not show up at the time given , not sure reason , called an cancelled services with them. Not reliable

All we needed was the flapper replaced. We were charged $248 because we are a business and they have a 2 hour minimum (which I wasn't told about). He was here 15 minutes tops. Ridiculous.
