SERENA Hotel Aventura Miami, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

I am very happy and pleased with my stay at the Serena hotel it was a great experience overall. Check in was fast and easy, as soon as I entered the hotel it smelled really good all around, it has a lot of nice decor and paintings everywhere. When I first walked in our room I noticed the tv had welcome Maria so cool, room was also spacious and clean. I really enjoyed the amenities especially the rooftop views, the pool with the pool table and the cabanas it was all very relaxing which is what I wanted the most. Location was good, a lot of restaurants near by , beach was like 15 minutes away. What I loved the most about it all was the customer service of the employees I interacted with during my stay. Gloria Harris at front desk was exceptional, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt extra special on my birthday weekend gave me a gift and flowers she was the best to me. Maria Laura at the inside bar by the pool was very sweet , and another gentlemen I think his name was Fernando super nice, not only to me but to my family and friends. On my actual birthday Sunday all three said happy birthday to me again and did the most, I am so thankful. Everything was perfect, we all had an amazing time 100% recommend the hotel, I will definitely stay here again in the future. :)

The rooms were great. The bed was super comfortable, and the whole room was luxurious. And by the window, there was a great view. The hotel was close to a lot of things, too. Around 15 minutes to the original pancake house and other places. And there was a bar, a pool, a pool table, and those sunbathing chairs. But there were also chairs like that in little houses. Overall, it was a great experience.

I made sure to take full advantage of the hotel's amenities during my stay. The mid level pool and lounge area offered a peaceful retreat to unwind and soak in the Miami sunshine. The on-site restaurant served up delicious cuisine that satisfied my taste buds and left me craving more.

Loved the hotel. Front counter lady was so friendly and helpful, she was awesome. The room was clean and nice. I found some stuff hidden in the safe that should not have been there, but that is not the hotels fault. People like naughty things and it was hidden pretty well. The place smelled amazing, like tangerines. I do think they should add microwaves to the rooms.

My husband and I visited Florida for a couples/Mother’s Day getaway, the hotel is amazing. The staff are nice our Bartender Fernando was the best ever he was very nice and welcoming. The Front desk staff (Gloria) were amazing. Pool area is pretty as well I recommend this place to everyone

Let’s say everything about this place was a 10. Location alone gave it the best hype. Perfect place to spend time with family but enjoy time with your significant other.

The rooftop food was 8/10 it was so good! The drinks had the crowd SHAKING! This place is a vibe! I’m talking about atmosphere really did it for me and there was plenty of parking on-site. I will stay here again.

It was a clean hotel, safe, and family friendly. The surrounding area may look cringe but it was indeed safe. Target is across the street the mall was 8 mins away. Let’s be frog I wasn’t going to book this 4 star hotel

Was perfect location for what I had to do. Nice staff. Pool not heated. No hot tub. Parking was fine, the machine didn't always read my validated ticket upon exit but the call button for help was always promptly answered. The aroma in the halls/lobby all public areas is EXTREMELY STRONG. It smells nice but its tooooo much. I swear my food tasted like it while in the 6th floor cafe 🤮.

Lovely experience in Serena hotel. Staff who served us, Matteo and a polite lady (sorry didnt get a name but she always wears a white blouse and has her brown hair tied up) they were very helpful from before we even checked in til we left.
Perfect location in Aventura as the mall is literally a 30min walk.
Very convenient to have a new car rental company right opposite the hotel entrance.
They hold rooftop events, unfortunately didnt get to attend as they are Fridays only, free wine & canapes everyday.
Will definitely be back once back in Miami!

This is my 2nd staying time staying at this nice Art Deco hotel. Nice boutique hotel that’s clean and nice, the staff is very nice and accommodating. Yes, the hotel may be in a neighborhood that many other reviewers may deem as suspect and seem a bit unsavory or nefarious but I walked the neighborhood on an afternoon stroll and found no issues, the homes may be older and worn but I felt safe in the Aventura area, but I can see why some reviewers made the comment. The hotel has a small boutique museum feel with art from Britto and others and you can even purchase some collectibles/Art while staying there, I purchased a Britto Bear. The property is clean, nice, and best part was I did not see any bedbugs or its remnants and I check thoroughly every-time I stay at a hotel, as I travel for business often. I am not a fan of the 20% charge on all food but it is what it is.

The beds are very comfortable, every inch of the hotel is clean, smells great. I love the decor, the atmosphere is beautiful. Easy to park, and to get in and out of the hotel. Ahh - the high ceiling is definitely a plus.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Aventura. It was my first time but I will be staying again. Kenley at the front desk was amazing he made sure I was comfortable and took very good care of my family. We saw him several times within the hotel and always asked was there anything he could do for us

Liked the high ceilings and pool. The garage entrance was awful (too steep). Restaurant was meh but otherwise a nice hotel.

I loved everything about this Hotel. Very clean, very boutique- like. The 6th floor pool area is semi rooftop and amazing. Clean. classy and affordable. It's 5 mins from Aventura mall. Great stay!

This place is awesome. Rooms are nice and well laid out, staff is awesome. About the only thing that sucks is the parking garage - so by extension the location is a little bit off, but other than that this is definitely a return stay

This is my second stay here and I just adore this hotel. My room was spacious, clean, and updated and while there is some construction, it didn't effect the noise in the room or my view.

I will say that both times I've stayed here the receptionist in the evening was very rude and service was poor. During the day however, the staff are perfectly fine and hospitable, which is why I didn't take from the rating, but definitely a note to add to management.

Recently stayed for 3 nights for a business trip. Our rooms were super clean and the bed was very comfortable! Loved the high ceilings and spacious living area/kitchenette. The food at their restaurant was delicious & we really enjoyed the bar. But the staff is what really made my visit exceptional... everybody from Jose Caro (the sales manager), to Huntley at the front desk, to the bartenders and service staff. Juan was fantastic! He took care of us all three nights (both on the 6th floor bar & the rooftop lounge). He was super attentive and we always felt truly welcomed back when we sat down. Juan is a true gem at your establishment! I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed her over the weekend and our experience was phenomenal. I had a gorgeous, clean room. The staff was all so kind. We made good friends with Juan, he bartended for us as the hotel and rooftop bar. He was so kind and friendly. I would recommend anyone here. I hope to be back soon!

Got a room for a concert in Miami. The room was really big for a 2 queen bedroom, bathroom was very clean and up to date. Only concern, anyone can get in that elevator and get to any floor. Only 1 floor of garage is for the hotel. Location isn't the worst but definitely needs improvement (looks like they're building more things around). I would still come back. Beds were comfy, we slept really good, and we were happy.

I stayed for four nights in July 2023. The room was clean and had more features than expected (such as a full kitchenette). The room was also quiet-once inside, I couldn’t hear any of the local construction or other guests. The bed was comfortable. While the area is not walkable, it’s a short drive (just minutes) to the Aventura Mall or to Gulfstream Park. I checked in on the app and went directly to the room without issue. I had one billing concern at the end which the manager, Mateo, quickly addressed. I would stay here again.

I was there for business and the rooms were immaculate and spacious! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Definitely will stay again next time I am down!
