Dermatology Associates of Virginia - Hanover Office

I've been going to DAV for several years. I'm never disappointed to the professionalism at the Hanover Office. Everyone is very nice! Today I met with Dr. Melson for the first time and she was very nice
and answered all my questions before my procedure.

Excellent dermatology office! From the moment I walked in until the minute I left I was treated with warmth and respect. The front desk staff was outstanding. Helpful and attentive. The doctor was also fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and made sure she addressed all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this dermatology office!

Dr Kaiser is absolutely the BEST!! Demonstrates total concern about my problems and determines the best treatment. She always give a very thorough examination and explanation.

I've been to DAV before, not this location though and thought both Dr Kaiser and this location were excellent. Although 35 minutes from my home it was easy enough to get to, just about 2 minutes off 295, the office is new, clean and spacious, everyone was very nice,. polite and professional. I've had both great and poor experiences at DAV offices with different doctors but would highly recommend Dr Kaiser. She set my mind at ease, was extremely knowledgeable, wrote instructions down for me, and took her time. I hate to feel rushed. The entire place is run efficiently which I also appreciated.

I love Dermatology Associates of Virginia! The front desk and all the staff are very friendly. I see Dr. Kaiser and she’s always friendly, upbeat and informative. Their new office on Right Flank Road is beautiful and bright for the small waiting time to see Dr. Kaiser. My primary care is also on Right Flank Road and it’s so convenient for same day back to back appointments. Highly recommend DAV!!

My kids and I switch from another location to this one, we are HAPPY. Staff is always nice. Dr. Ridpath is nice and knowledgeable. When she enters, it’s always with a smile. The receptionist(s) is always nice. My appointments are always at reasonable times as in going along with the work schedule. The office is always clean and the service rooms. The medical asst. are nice and very knowledgeable themselves and very helpful. If I have to reschedule, never an issue, just have to do it ahead which is a reasonable request from the office. I like going to this office for my Dermatology needs.

I have seen Dr. Kaiser twice now after Dr. Uhle retired, and have been quite pleased with her manner and expertise.She comes across as caring and friendly and explains things thoroughly. The office staff is also quite nice though they once got me confused with a drug rep and took me in thru the kitchen. We all had a good laugh though and all was well. I will always miss Dr. Uhle and his unique personality but I expect to have a long professional relationship with Dr. Kaiser as well.

The local signage and directions to the new location on Righr Flank Road were excellent. Dr. Braswell was very knowledgeable about my previous history as demonstrated by her checking to make sure a spot on my right ear had not come back after previous treatment. She also checked were a basil cell cancer had been removed from the left side of my face. Very thorough examination.

Nice experience from scheduling to examination. The nurse was very cheerful and Dr. Ridpath did a thorough exam. Very pleased, Dermatology Associates of VA will be my Dermatologist going forward.

Dr. Braswell and her team are the best! Been to 4 different dermatologist before going here. They took time to explain everything and Dr. Braswell and her team's follow up was above what most give this day. Highly recommend!!

Saw Dr. Brazzwell today and she is very professional and very nice to talk to and understand. She REALLY seems to care for your health and well being. Everyone there is very nice and easy to deal with.

Excellent service! No complaints whatsoever! Sara Braswell, MD was very thorough in her assessment and explanation of my skin problems. I highly recommend her.
