Yes, I waited and waited to see a live person to help me. The wait was due to location being constantly busy. I received service from, Ryan #FO 668. He answered numerous questions and provided the information I need to become a representative payee for my mother who lives in another state. Ryan was patient and informative. Thanks to Ryan I left the office with my task completed and the paperwork I needed for the future.

If you have time to wait on the phone, I had wonderful person named Anthony who helped with all questions and concerns. I have to say this phone call was worth the wait. Depending on what day/date you go to the ssc office sometimes its busy but they get to people quickly as possible. They have always been good to us so we Thank you.

I just want to say Thank you. My mom went to this office last week and she left with a smile on her face. The staff was courteous and helpful, specially miss Anya, she was very knowledgeable and answered all questions my mom had. Thank you again!

The wait was short, the lady that helped me was super nice and the process was easy. I was in for a name change and did my homework before going in to make the process easy as possible for both myself and the staff.

I finally changed my maiden name to my married name. I thought it was going to be this big long process with long waits and unhelpful people (like your stereotypical DMV), boy was I wrong. I walked in checked in at the machine (I did not have an appointment). I waited about 5 minutes before they called me back to speak with a person. I wish I had caught her name because she was fantastic! She works window A (just incase her boss reads this). I was in and out in 15 minutes with my new name!

After reading the re eiws I was wondering what kind of experience I would have at the SS office in Panama City but I need not have worried. I had a great experience with the staff , we spent less than 15 minutes total from start to finish. The security was very courteous and friendly and executed his job perfectly. The lady that dealt with us was friendly, professional and efficient. Keep up the great job!! Merry Christmas

Went today, very good experience, girls working there all seemed very personable. Wait was not long at all considering. Accomplished what I needed to do in no time at all. Good experience.

I visited the Lynn Haven office last week and had an outstanding experience. I did not have a scheduled appointment and got in a short line before the doors opened. The staff members who assisted me were professional, friendly and thorough. I really appreciated the great service they provided.

I went in this morning to file for my Social Security retirement benefits without an appointment. After about 15 minutes I was called back to a window and was then directed to a computer, where an assistant would answer my questions as I keyed in my information. The assistant was very knowledgeable and very courteous. I completed the application and was out of the office in less than 45 minutes.

Alan brought me here to get a copy of his social security card. They have a numbered system. I believe we were there a total of 20 minutes max. There is a waiting Room that seats about 20 people. There is a security guard inside that is very friendly and helpful. There are public bathrooms inside and easy parking.

I talked to a really nice lady who was very helpful. I asked her a lot of questions and she was very patient with me. I hope I get the same lady when I want to get my Medicare started.

They know what they are doing! It may take a few minutes or longer but they know how to handle SSI concerns.

My husband called today and talked to Sam. After he verified my husband is the account holder, he started answering all his questions. We are very satisfied his wonderful service. Thank you

Sometimes it's fast, but most of the time you have to wait because of the number of people there.

went for replacement ss card for my son. filled out the form there and was out the door in 15-20 mins...

The workers and security staff have been friendly and treated my family and I like people not just numbers.
