Clean ceiling fans kitchens A/C’s everything is excellent. Richard is an excellent tele. I can’t wait for the next visit already.

The rates are affordable no hidden fees the deposit is easy on the pocketbook/wallet the rooms are clean with simple elegance the garden is deeply beautiful the fountains are lovely one at the pool another within the garden. The property is clearly lovingly cared for, staff is pleasant and I would recommend a stay for any vacationer looking for an understated hidden treasure!

Definitely worth going to. The flavor of the place makes you feel like you're back up in New England states Has the hotel for long-term stay. Even has live entertainment. And laundry room.

I booked this hotel through a booking site and it was the cheapest price that I could find so I didn't expect much. However when I got here I was amazed. They have super clean rooms, excellent staff, the parking is great. They have security cameras in the parking lot which you can see from your room. I travel for work and keep all my tools in my truck so this is a big bonus for me. I feel like they try really hard to give the best service to their guests. The woman working the front desk this evening was amazing she got me checked right in with no issues. It feels safe and well-maintained. I will definitely be back at this hotel every time I come to town.

This hidden tropical oasis is awesome!! I booked online (fairly priced) I arrived for check in to find that I've been upgraded, thee room was fantastic equipped with kitchen microwave fridge, coffee machine and even a toaster!! You truly feel as if your on an island when staying here. I'm a huge fan of this place. The staff is friendly,, the decor suits it so well. Cant get enough of this place!

Wow awesome place ! I want to say thank you to Maria the manager for helping us during our stay after Irma she accommodated us with our needs house keeping was amazing also with cleanliness an fresh towels. Me an my wife search high an low some places were over priced an dirty the Richards had the best weekly rate in town an also are maintained to the t!! The property is clean an the pets for show on property make you feel at home..

This place is amazing! Farah at the front desk was really knowledgeable, friendly, and had me laughing like I'd known her for years. The motel had very clean, well maintained, comfortable rooms, that are really more like apartments, pet friendly, they have the cutest little dog park, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal, so thankful for that because of course I forgot to bring a can opener, and yay there was one waiting for me here, lol, there is a lovely heated pool, we are so happy we came here, the rates are reasonable, and the staff is friendly, it is so peaceful and quiet, plus the decor is absolutely beautiful. Made our trip the best ever, thanks for everything! 😃 Love love love Richards motel!

I love the landscaping. Service was wonderful staff is so sweet. Very quiet and relaxing. The room was clean and cozy. The only thing id change is the pool would be oen later other than that its worth it. Landscaping was excellent.

Nice place to stay. We were there for one night and even got upgraded to a pool side room. Just jump in the pool in the morning from your room 🤣
Rooms were clean and spacious.

My first time florida and getting stuck in Fort Lauderdale wasn't a total loss 16 minutes from the airport I found this gem. Though it was only a day and night I spent there I had an awesome time the staff are great and very helpful. Honestly the first thing I did after going to my room was hitting the pool. Everything was so clean, queit, and perfect! My stay was pleasant so say the least. Thanks!

I stayed in both the Hotel and Motel. Def, perfer the Motel. The staff is nice, the pool is nice, I went with my daughter and they let her feed the fishes. She enjoyed her stay there even though we were in a personal rough spot. The rooms are a little outdated, but nice, clean. We stayed in a large room with 2 seperate bedrooms, it was actually more like an apartment then an actual motel room. Very comfortable. Would recommend and stay again.

Love the tropical,peaceful,and family friendly atmosphere ! My room was very clean and affordable. I stayed at the pet friendly location while my place was getting ready and definitely enjoyed my stay. Will 100% be recommending/and or coming back if I need a little vacation (:

My wife and I stayed at Richard's Motel in Hollywood, FL for almost a month while we waited for the close on our condo. The location is great, between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Farrah at the front desk was terrific and provided exceptional service, as did Eddie. Some other points - there is a nice atmosphere at the place, the pool is clean and there is obvious care and attention paid to the landscaping which makes for a pleasant stay.

For what it is it isn't too bad. I was quite skeptical about coming here. My family and I are in between homes and this was the lowest rate we found. We have been in a room here since 06/30/17 and I must say it is better than I expected. It's quite. There is not a bunch of unsavoury people hanging out or in and out of the place. The only thing I could say that it needs is maybe just some updated furniture.

I enjoyed my stay at Richard's. I'm not going to lie me and my wife's stay was awesome mainly because of miss Farah! Look, this lady is a BEAST at customer service and customer relations. Who ever hired this lady God bless you! Thanks Miss Farah!!!

Best value for money in Broward!

Close to Fort Lauderdale Airport, excellent location, and convenient for shopping/restaurants/markets. The buildings are clean, quiet, and very well looked after. I stay here several times a year whilst travelling for business, it's always a pleasure. Lots of interesting places to eat in the area.

It's also very nice that they have several types of properties. So if you're staying for a while, can rent a nice apartment with a kitchen. Or, if you just need something basic, a regular room.

Mr Eddie & Ms Verde are the best. They both made a Wonderful first impression and continue to offer excellent service. I am relocating back to South Florida after being away a few years caring for my elderly parents until they both pasted. Discovered Richard's Motel by driving by late one evening. The lights, swimming pool & landscaping caught my attention, so I pulled in and asked the rates from Mr. Eddie. Mr Eddie had Ms Verde show me the various rooms available. All were uniquely different. I checked in and plan to stay a few weeks to a few months. Totally happy I discovered this peaceful place to call my home for awhile. 5 Star's to Mr Eddie & Ms. Verde...

I came here to have a week "staycation" after traveling from Hollywood to West Palm Beach everyday for work and I was burnt out. Yuri was great to work with. Super helpful. They didn't have the room I wanted in my budget. She was able to call her supervisor and get it approved. When I got there she said the room wasn't cleaned yet, however it was spotless and the cleaning crew was up there within minutes to clean anyway! Super cozy and a pretty big studio. I was surprised at there being a full kitchen with dining table in a separate area than the bed/living room. Would definitely recommend to any friends and family visiting from out of town.

Well let me say hospitality is NOT a question at this establishment. Both very friendly & very concerned for their staff and clients! Both fluent in Spanish & English, Maria does great running the place and calling the shots. The front desk girl, Jessica? Talk about sunshine! I've never gotten service so rapidly at such a good rate from such down to earth people! I love it at Richard's... Although Martin is the handsome guy I met, I can't wait til I meet Richard if he's even close to as handsome as his brother. Lol but overall, They're so different and homey unlike the other motels in the area. & there's a pool! I will be booking my stay with them again, NO DOUBT ABOUT IT

After talking to Maria about all the miscommunication issues I had during my stay (and writing a previous bad review) she really made me feel very welcome. She upgraded our room to one of the biggest rooms the had and really showed my fiancé and I that she cares. Thank you very much for being so understanding and very generous.
