Amy was so helpful in getting small pieces of equipment for dad‘s oxygen. I was impressed by the way Amy seemed actually eager to help me solve some problems. I never detected any sense of weariness or impatience that one sometimes hears from other service providers. Left me feeling very grateful and with a nice impression of patients choice medical.

Jeanette Smith was so amazing. She could tell that I was a little nervous about being in oxygen again and at 3 liters. She gently smiled with an assured look that placed a complete calm in my heart. She explained how to operate my new “chaperone” (oxygen tank). Sounded simple enough. But then there came “Big Bertha” the concentrator. She’s a chaperone for sure. Everywhere I go in the house she follows. Going to take some time getting accustomed. But at least I can imagine the 25’ emerald green hose can be a lengthy yet flexible emerald that goes on forever. Sounds crazy but I have to find humor and God’s grace everywhere. Back to Jeanette. She helped with the imagination so I could get over the burden. A true asset to Patient’s Choice Medical Services. See in the picture. They wait patiently at my feet.

Earlier this week, I spoke with a young lady name Amy R. She was just wonderful. She told me everything I needed to know and explained everything she had so much knowledge. She had so much patience and explained over and over again the same questions i give her 10 stars

I deal with patients choice often as I am a HHC marketing rep and often have to arrange equipment with Patient's Choice. Amy ALWAYS is prompt, courteous, professional, accommodating, pleasant and always projects the 'I got this' attitude. I never have been let down when I've gotten the verbal from Amy that it will be done.

I had an issue with leaving behind a nasal pillow for my CPAP during my vacation in PCB. I was faced with a very difficult situation, in which I was looking at either finding the missing pillow or having to end my vacation early. My wife called over 10 different locations within the google search area. No inventory!! One night without a CPAP meant that my first day of vacation, I was exhausted.....

Her last call was to Patients Choice. Amy was our contact on the other end! She was friendly and patient. She asked for us to hold.....she would dig into the inventory and find our part! 5 minutes later she cam back and told us to "Come and get the last nose pillow in stock!!!

What a blessing and thank you Amy for making sure that the piece was in stock and ready for me!!

This Co. Is the best!!!!! Yesterday I was having a problem with my machine. A service man drove 1 3/4 hrs. From Marianna to PCB. He called several times while enroute to apologize for the traffic! When he arrived he was so pleasant and helpful even though it felt like 103deg. Outside. This morning I rec’d. A call that a tech woul arrive here by 11:21. I’ve been with them for a year and have never had a problem nor an uncaring employee. If you have problems with you Oxy. Supplier, I suggest Oxy Tech. You will not be sorry. Wish I could give them 10 stars!!!!

Nick Walker delivered my oxygen today. Nick is very efficient and reliable. He always makes sure that I have everything I need. He's also very personable and I always enjoy seeing him! He is a credit to his employer.
