We have been using the Lynn Haven Verizon Store for as long as we can remember and Jonathan has always been our go to guy. He treats us like family, makes sure we get what we need setup and taken time to show us everything about our new devices. Jonathan should be everyone’s go to Verizon guy. He is Best of Bay material. Johnathon is amazing!! I got my phone stolen this past weekend and filed a claim through insurance. I got my phone today and needed it to be activated for my new job, after spending 30+ minutes on the phone trying to set it up, it was still not activated. I drove to the store 15 minutes before they closed and Johnathon helped me. He was so kind and extremely helpful even though I came in so close to closing. Great experience!

Charlie was absolutely amazing with our visit today! He quickly helped us fix a SIM issue in one phone and got another phone upgraded and helped us choose some amazing accessories!! Very knowledgeable, professional and personable!!!

Jonathan is always so patient and kind when I come into Verizon to update my phone and/or purchase watches/phones for my children. He is also very knowledgeable when It comes to anything regarding our business account that we have with verizon.
