Please beware of working with this particular insurance agent!
She sold us an insurance plan with APTC (Advance premium tax credit) program. We knew nothing about how the APTC works so relied solely on what Stella told us.
She proposed a very good plan for just $114 a month. That was fascinating but raised some concerns to me so I asked Stella if this plan would affect my tax return/refund in any way. She assured me that it would not.
However, during filing my tax return, it turned out that I would have to pay $5,700 additionally for the insurance plan since my real income was way higher that the estimated income used when applying for the APTC.
I immediately called Stella to ask for clarification. She told me that she was not an accountant and knew nothing about that, cut off the phone call and put me on the black list so I wouldn't bother her anymore.
I spent many hours learning about this program and how it could happen that I owed so much money. Eventually I found the original application submitted by Stella where she put my estimated income just $20k a year. She never asked me about my real income and never told me that she would state my income that low to obtain low insurance rate. She never sent me that application for review.
Therefore, Mrs. Stella Rurua concealed from me the consequences of buying this insurance plan for the sake of her own profit. I highly encourage you to avoid working with her and find an honest agent who will lay out all potential pros and cons of the plans.

Она продала нам план страхования с программой APTC (авансовый налоговый кредит). Мы ничего не знали о том, как работает APTC, поэтому полагались исключительно на то, что рассказала нам Стелла.
Она предложила очень хороший план всего за 114 долларов в месяц. Это было очень заманчиво, но вызвало у меня некоторые опасения, поэтому я спросил Стеллу, повлияет ли этот план каким-либо образом на мою налоговую декларацию/возврат. Она заверила меня, что это никак не повлият и все будет хорошо.
Однако во время подачи налоговой декларации выяснилось, что мне придется дополнительно заплатить 5700 долларов за план страхования, поскольку мой реальный доход был намного выше расчетного дохода, использованного при подаче заявления на APTC.
Я немедленно позвонил Стелле и попросил разъяснений. Она сказала, что она не бухгалтер и ничего об этом не знает, повесила трубку и занесла меня в черный список, чтобы я ее больше не беспокоил.
Я потратил много часов, изучая как работает эта страховая программа и как могло случиться, что я должен так много доплатить. В итоге я нашел оригинальньную форму, в которой Стелла указала мой предполагаемый доход всего в 20 тысяч долларов в год. Она никогда не спрашивала меня о моем реальном доходе и никогда не говорила, что укажет мой доход настолько низким, чтобы получить низкую страховую ставку. Также она не отправила мне эту форму на согласование перед прдачей.
Исходя из этого я установил, что госпожа Стелла Руруа скрыла от меня последствия покупки этого страхового полиса ради собственной выгоды. Я настоятельно рекомендую вам избегать сотрудничества с ней и найти честного агента, который изложит все потенциальные плюсы и минусы планов

They will never be accepted on time! They assign an appointment , you arrive on time, but you will actually get to the agent in an hour and a half, if you are lucky and you can stand it!! Никогда нельзя попасть по записи, назначают время , ты приходишь и ждёшь полтора , два часа. Если ты выдержишь то попадёшь. И это не один раз и не я одна. Уже 4 года и все одно и тоже! Пора менять агента. Потому что не умеют правильно рассчитать время!
