Therapy One Rehabilitation Center

I have been through physical therapy with Therapy One a few times for various issues. I have had great experiences each time. The front office staff are friendly, helpful and skilled.
The therapists are also incredible. From the very first assessment and continually throughout the sessions they are constantly evaluating my tolerance and progress for each exercise. They also communicate well and are pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend Therapy One if you need to do PT.

I had an amazing intake experience here! The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and professional. Wait time was minimal, considering how busy they were today. Josh introduced himself and took me to the back. He performed a quick yet thorough assessment, listened to my symptoms as I told him, and put my mind at ease. Gave me some home therapy instructions for the weekend, and booked the next several weeks of therapy. I am looking forward to beginning my therapy next week! I feel confident in my therapist's abilities, and excited about starting to feel better!

I am a patient at Therapy One on Jenks Avenue. I am in my 3rd week of therapy after having a hip replacement on 10/5/2023 and completing my in house therapy at the SNF and my home health. The facility is packed with all the necessary equipment needed for any form of rehabilitation. I feel that the employees have the patients best interest at heart. They are all kind and compassionate. They are just wonderful people all around. I am so glad that my friend recommended Therapy one to me. It was the best choice I could have made. I look forward to continuing my remaining weeks of therapy and eventually walking independently once again.

My experience at Therapy One was great. My legs are stronger and I’m able to go up and down stairs without feeling like my legs were going to give out.
The staff treated me with respect and kindness as I progressed through my therapy and I would recommend Therapy One to my friends and family

Kathy Pitts is awesome. Front desk staff is friendly and polite. Very comfortable at-home environment. We chit-chatted while she performed some corrective exercises on my right index finger which was broken and healed improperly. My finger felt much better afterwards. I look forward to my next visit.

Very professional staff. Have had the first consultation and treatment and all went smooth. Customer service, experience of entire staff made my first visit extremely easy. Jenna Milligan gave me a step by step of explaining what was happening and would be happening going forward. Excited to see the progress I so desperately need to back to normalcy.

Therapy 1 is a great therapy place! I had two total (reverse) shoulder replacements last year. Therapy 1 helped me get my mobility back after surgery. Everyone that works here is kind, concerned, well educated and fit. I have the utmost confidence in Therapy 1.

My son had a physical therapy evaluation today. He's been in and out of therapy since birth, so we've had our fair share of good and bad experiences. The staff at Therapy One is very pleasant and his therapist was top notch. Dr. Lane kept my 14 year old engaged the entire time and made the exercises interesting enough that my son won't complain about having to do them at home.

Because of the professionalism of the team at Therapy One, I am walking without assistance just 2 weeks after I had my knee replaced. My surgeon has removed all restrictions because I have the mobility and strength needed. I highly recommend Therapy One!

Following my spinal fusion I was needing PT. The staff was very helpful in getting me on the schedule quickly. Jase was great in making sure he got a good understanding of my previous treatments. He advised me on what we needed to do and how we were going to achieve these goals. Really looking forward to getting better with his help. Strongly recommend this place.

I will be forever grateful for Therapy One. I arrived in a wheelchair and they have helped me walk again. Dr. Josh Schenkel and the rest of the team are knowledgeable and compassionate. There is a variety of equipment to be used. The front desk staff are always friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Therapy One for your rehabilitation needs.

Therapy One PCB is incredible!!! I recommend this place for any rehabilitation needs. The entire staff is phenomenal and treats you like family. I have seen significant results since coming here! I always look forward to my physical therapy days because of this staff.

They took care of my shoulder several years ago as it was either PT or surgery and let's say my shoulder feels great to this day because of them. Now, my back needed some attention and I was given a few options, I immediately said Therapy One. When I walked in, I was greeted again with smiles with staff eager to assist me. My appointment wasn't until the following week but someone had a cancellation so I received a phone call asking me if I could take the appt and I did. For my shoulder, I saw Kathy, the Occupational Therapist. This time, I saw the rotating Physical Therapist. Each of them were different but all of them have the same thing in common, my feelings and my care. They worry about me so much so that I get embarrassed lol. I don't really know how to take it easy so it's hard knowing my limit...they keep reminding me lol. It's an absolute joy being there. To the staff at the desk, to the therapists looking after me or other patients, I chose well.

I've worked with several therapists over the past month and each is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The reception staff is also very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this rehab center.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience at Therapy One! After my shoulder surgery, I worked with Bret and Laura to gain back strength and full range of motion. Not only were they knowledgeable, but they genuinely listened to and addressed every care and concern I had throughout the whole recovery process.

I'm very happy with Kathy Pitts, and the entire team at Therapy One in Panama City, FL where I'm undergoing post corrective surgery physical therapy for Dupuytren's Contracture with two trigger finger releases. Truly outstanding care.

Dr. Milligan was totally awesome and did a great job explaining what will be going on in my rehab. Her calm demeanor eased my nerves and made my initial consultation quite pleasant. Leanne did a fantastic job getting my initial visit scheduled as quickly as possible and Dana was incredible at scheduling my appointments to meet my tight schedule. The professionalism of this staff is only overshadowed by their overall kindness, great job Therapy 1

Everyone is very very nice The appointment went smoothly. I was comfortable at all times and well looked after I felt very very confident with my instructor and his knowledge of the issues that I have been having and I actually felt better when I went home on my first visit. Even though I have more work to do, I’m positive to move forward

I met Brett on my initial visit and he was very thorough in going through everything with me. He asked for my therapy goals and informed me that we would work to get me where I need to be.
