I just want to say that Jarvis Davis, at the Jessica Lang Allstate office in Lynn Haven, Florida, was such a blessing to me in a difficult and unsure time. He embodied all the traits employers need to succeed. He was professional, a computer whiz, knowledgeable, and quick in setting up my cancer claim. Jarvis explained what I would need to do to complete the process and was also willing to send all the forms when I returned with my doctor's signatures. He went above and beyond. The office staff and business was clean and very friendly when I called. It is also nice to see that they are involved in community events like the Christmas Parade... Tommy Ngyuen was very helpful in helping my understand the car insurance options and determine what is right for me, ultimately saving me money. He was responsive to emails and willing to make multiple quotes and revisions. He answered questions with good detail and I never felt like he was trying to upsell me.
