DK Hardware Supply

I was looking for the correct size and color kick plate for my hollow interior door. The door had been damaged when I was moving furniture and the kick plate would both restore it cosmetically and prevent further damage. I found the right size and color here and they got it to me reasonably quickly and with no damage in transit.

Order fulfillment took a little longer than I would have liked, but my order was placed during the Christmas/New Year Holidays, so I give them a pass on that. The product was perfect, and their communication was excellent. I would recommend the company and the product to anyone.

Everything went smoothly during ordering and receipt of the order. My not paying attention to details of the product, the containers were too small for what I wanted, but I made them work.

I ordered a set of gate hinges. They are of a good quality and were well packaged. Shipping was a bit longer than average, but nothing extreme.

Order was filled promptly. Shipping was reasonable. The Frost King window channels worked well. The channel adhered to our vinyl windows well. It was a little hard to get to the piece of plastic tubing in the channel with the thick gauge plastic we used to cover the window. All in all we are pleased with our purchase.

Materials were available in the sizes I needed, priced fairly, and arrived very quickly. Great experience!

My order was simple and everything came in as expected. I ordered 2 blank keys and arrived as promised. I received many emails from confirmation, to shipping info and even follow up emails to ensure they were received and satisfied with my order.

The branch lights were as described. There seemed to be a short in one of them, but with a little coaxing we were able to get them on and stay on. Overall happy with our purchase. Would buy from DK Hardware again. 🙂

Ordered a blind wand to replace a damaged one I had, and it arrived in perfect condition! It matched what I ordered and I can’t believe I found the same model (without having details of what it was). The part was less than $2 but shipping made it $10. Worth it because no other stores sold what I needed!

All went well door knob fit my 3” thick gate. Only part that did not work is the machine screw for the bottom handle to short by about a half inch so I have to find something long enough that will work unless you guys can send me some

I ordered paint that is not available in Canada from DK Hardware. My order arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and when I inquired via email, customer service was prompt and courteous to respond. I had to return one of the products simply because I ordered the wrong one. Paid $40 at UPS to ship it back and the refund was paid back on my credit card from DK without issue. Great experience.
