I Came here last night less then 20m before closing… and may I say… the staff still greeted me w an GENUINE warm welcome!! Everyone of lovely college age-like associates seemed really glad to be there (which is rare these days-lol)… very clean, super organized, the one lady-who appeared to be the manager was so calm n nice (I could hear her talking over the earpiece to the others in the respective manner) knowledgeable about the one item I was looking for & so sweet…(won’t shop at adventura again😅)
This is the best shopping experience I’ve had in such a long time. THANK YOU/ GRACIAS!!!

I just called and I had a lovely conversation with the manager Tara she was very knowledgeable in the product that I asked for. Can’t wait to shop their customer service 10 out of 10. If anyone from corporate read this, please bring back the rockstar 24/7 jeans.

Placed an order online, it couldn't be shipped in its entirety, so I was required to pickup from the store. I decided to use their curbside pickup, once I contacted the store & learned the location on the 6th floor of the parking garage, it was a seamless operation. Consice instructions & fast courteous service. Overall a pleasant experience.

Didn't used curbside but the old navy at this shopping mall is good. The shopping mall is well located and accessible and the parking is free the first 2hrs so if you need to go quick is a good location to go to
