Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

The staff at this location is always so friendly. The branch might be extremely busy but they always offer different solutions. Even when rude customers just don’t understand the patience they have is impressive.

Updated…. Come here once a week and lately they have a skeleton crew, the staff is tired and you can tell they just don’t know what else to do.. branch is always packed with clients that just need help with every minor issues. I know the area is not the best and clients are not very well rounded since we experience the same at my business. But you can see the manager running around trying to do her best the teller line doesn’t stop and wait time is almost 3 hours for pin a change. Not sure how the upper management doesn’t see this and try to help this branch because the little staff they have left is amazing but tired and drained .

Beautiful modern building. If you know how to use ATM technology, this is the perfect place to do your banking. Don't waste time in line. Use the phone connected with the ATM. Teller will guide you if you get stuck. It's very fast & easy. Perfect place to learn high-tech banking.

Long waiting time, they need more cashiers, rep Isolda is always very helpful and happy to assist. Had a great experience getting my car loan with her.

Personally I got a great service, I waited a little, but I assumed it as normal. The manager was very polite and nice, and in ultimatum I got the help and service I needed.

Arrived without an appointment so I understand that I had to wait. However once I got served I experienced great customer service.

Muy buena atención por parte de todo el personal de trabajo, muy empaticos desde la recepción para constatar una cita el mismo día, hasta en la parte del cajero en taquilla. Su personal de asesores son muy preparados, profesionales y gentiles. No hay queja alguna que es una de las mejores sucursales de Bank Of America a la que haya ido. En si todas son muy buenas en cuanto al trato profesional pero está como tal para mi experiencia fue el (As) de todas. La recomiendo para cualquier tipo de transacciones. Sus instalaciones son muy cómodas y amplias. Y las esperas son muy cortas.
