These days exceptional service means calling the customer back asap, listening to what they want, doing what you say you’re going to do, and following up. Gabby provides exceptional service. Equally important is that she found us great insurance coverage at an affordable price, several hundred dollars cheaper than what I was able to get from my own online quotes.

Recently my mother's home owners went out of business and dropped my mother. We contacted Kaitlyn Williamson, her agent with Killingsworth and Kaitlyn helped us through the process of securing home owners on my mom's property. She is so efficient and made a difficult situation easy for my mom, who's 85 and having health issues. Killingsworth Ins. Agency has been our agent for 15 yrs for home, car and life insurances. They call us when they can save us money by switching our insurance to a less expensive comparable company, for that we are loyal!
