Very helpful staff and polite even durting stressful hours. I left only because Wal-Mart was one of many that couldn't get enough Adderall to fill prescriptions at the beginning of school. I went to a smaller locally owned pharmacy.

People have been very helpful in this Walmart. I just moved from Missouri and this Walmart is much better as far as customer service than the ones we had in Branson Missouri. :)

I get my needed medication here, it is important.

One star because I have to. Went in 35 mins after order was made. When I walked in they were all on their phones sharing TikTok’s. I asked about my order and it was still on voice mail. Quoted 15 mins and it’ll be ready. I came back 15 mins later still wasn’t even started. Was quoted 15 mins again, I levy and came back 25 mins later and it STILL wasn't ready. I sat on the bench and watch them share TikTok’s and youtube clips and laugh for another 10 while I’m in terrible pain. Finally after making eye contact with one of the people they put their phone down grabbed the bottle and filled it. Nothing like sitting at Walmart in pain for over an hour

I never knew picking up prescriptions could be so difficult or stressful.
When I went to the pharmacy in february of 2024 they completely forgot to give me a prescription and then wanted to argue with me about whether or not I got it but when the gal picked up the bag that they used to organize prescriptions my bottle was still in there.

This most recent time I went to pick up a prescription, the bottle clearly says quantity of 6 but there were 3 pills inside.

We’ve never had a smooth experience here, there’s always a problem between them randomly putting prescriptions on hold for absolutely no reason to them just not having the medicine

Just sent my wife across town to pick up a prescription for my 4yo who is incredibly sick. She could have been a minute or two late so I called to ask if they could stay open an extra one or two minutes IF my wife was a little slow. The lady on the phone was SUPER RUDE!!! “Sir! we can’t stay open any later than 8:00 it doesn’t matter if she’s on her way or not”. Obviously someone who has never had a sick kid, or even has a heart. Luckily she made it in time. We’ll be switching to literally any other pharmacy. Worst service ever!

They spend a couple weeks moving all the isles to complete opposite ends of the store and making the isles too small to even walk down and so no one can find anything. Yet do nothing to make the store look less disgusting and run down than it is. Employees are very rude and unhelpful in finding things (same goes for the managers who act like the customers are just an incovience to them). Employees will literally argue with you about sale prices saying that it must of been marked wrong because the price is too low. Items are never instock and then they tell you they ordered them for you and then when delivery day comes they still dont have it. Not to mention the self checkouts are card only due to a made up national coin shortage that has been out of date for months now, in reality its an excuse for their employees to not have to work any more than the bare minimum then they already do. Worst walmart ive ever been to, if you are travelling wait until you get to st george or something before stopping here, their walmarts are much better and nicer. We also have lins and smiths in town which are much nicer grocery stores but dont have the same items.
