Starbucks

I have gone to this starbucks. a few times and hadn't been back in a min due to my last experience with unprofessional and messy , unorganized service it was about 6 pm and the people there were chatting letting the line build up , not acknowledging people in a hurry for work at least let me know , you'll be right with me . I don't like to complain , but the fact they gave me my order , wrong, never asked for my name , a homeless person nearly stole my coffee and then the employee still looking at me saying "I didn't ask for your name " in a rude manner. Day shift must need to go get trained better .
On the other hand, I noticed a couple nights ago i passed buy for a latte and some food and Andres the barista on the shift was very professional , welcoming, quick , and knew his stuff despite a few people waiting for their coffee ! If only more people were like him, i think its so important to greet everyone to acknowledge them , i think this starbucks will always be busy if more employees followed Andres as an example . Thanks to him making me forget about the last bad experience i had i will be back to get coffee regularly .What a way to turn around my last experience into the complete opposite .

I rarely take the time to do reviews but after several visits to other Starbucks, I would have to say this place is well kept and always clean. Night shift makes the best beverages. Andre always goes above and beyond to address everyone who comes in, in a friendly manner. Excellent customer service all around.

Cleanest Starbucks I’ve ever been to at night. Workers have excellent customer service and work fast paced. Orders come out quickly

the service and staff here are very nice! specially Andre, he always cleaning the store, greeting us with a smile in his face and very nice to recommend us new products!

Andre and Aaleiah on night shift are absolutely superb!they have great attitudes and make coming to this location worthwhile ! So happy that they are apart of the team here , without them my shifts would not have been as good !

Usually I don't do this type of thing but I knew I had to because Andre who works at night goes above and beyond every single day. Not just for me, but for everyone else I've ever seen him serve. Keep in mind, this man doesn't know me but I come in every night when im having a tough shift and he never fails to put a smile on my face. He is the reason I come back every day! 10/10
