My wife and I have bought and sold many properties over the years and have worked with a lot of realtors. We can honestly say that very few have the level of expertise and professionalism that Don and Tom exhibited throughout the process of selling our home.The marketing was top notch and every detail was covered and explained as to avoid any potential issues that might have arisen. The best and most professional experience I had with them was selling my house. I can't say enough about the Tom and Don team! From my first phone call with Tom on a Sunday afternoon and my last call with Don when I sold my property, recently. They guided me the whole way through the experience they bring to the table. I had several situations in which I needed their input and expertise, and not once did they make a poor decision in guiding me. So, the question you are probably asking is whether the 1% is a real thing or not, right? Just like I was asking. So guess what! YES! I can confirm it's a real thing! I was able to sell my house with all the latest techniques and technologies available from them. Also, I was able to do my closing from my laptop in the comfort of my home. I didn't have to drive to a title company like in the old days, especially with the price of gas. I saved money. The only complaint I have is that I had to pay the other agent more money than I paid Tom and Don because they did all the heavy lifting! They deserved the money. I am a client for life! Offers over the asking price were made immediately after posting it on the multiple listings and other websites they partnered with. Had been a client for over twenty years with Assist to Sell. It wasn’t only about the extra money in our pocket , it was the experience and expertise that these gentlemen brought to the table.Tom was great with the listing and answering every question we had to make the process smooth as possible. Don is the man, he walked us through every obstacle we encountered during the closing phase by giving us advise and options to help get things moving.He never made us feel like we had to make a decision based on his opinion , which we usually did cause he was right all of the time. Tom and Don are an excellent team! We listed our home in Pembroke Pines with Tom and Don, which is about as far south as I've seen them list. We interviewed two full-priced real estate agents who are very active in our neighborhood in addition to Tom. All three of the agents (Tom included) gave us recommended listing prices within $10,000 of each other, so we knew that even though he doesn't sell as much as the others in our area, Tom still knew his stuff when pricing homes. Tom spent two hours at our house with a photographer to take listing pictures. The listing, write up, and pictures were very well done. On day 4 after our listing became active, we received an offer that was $9,000 under listing, a very strong offer which Don advised us not to take due to contingencies. He said we could do better. He was absolutely correct, because two days later we had an offer for 100% of asking price, all cash, no contingencies. Don guided us expertly through signing the contract, dealing with the few issues that came up on inspection, and understanding the closing statement. We successfully closed last week with Tom. Throughout the process Tom and Don responded quickly to our emails, calls and texts. They showed in-depth knowledge about the nuances of real estate transactions. The icing on the cake was the over $12,000 that we saved by using Tom and Don. We are beyond thrilled with this team and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

When Barbara and I decided to list our property, we interviewed several Real Estate companies in the Ft Lauderdale, Pompano and Miami area, but we chose Assist 2 Sell after meeting Tom.
