Dr. Robert Marcovich and his team operated on both my mother and me - kidney stones run in the family. This doctor is one of the finest and kindest healthcare professionals I have ever met. He takes his work very seriously, and his performance is top-notch and extremely humane. On the day of my mother's surgery, he gave me his work cellphone number and he took the time to call me and give me detailed updates about the surgery. Follow-up appointments and treatment were excellent. A couple of years later, I was diagnosed with a large kidney stone, and I reached out to Dr. Marcovich. Again, the whole process was flawless. It is a real privilege to have such a highly-qualified urologist in our city. I recommend him to everyone I know that has kidney stones. You can't go wrong with Dr. Marcovich.

This doctor operated my husband wilfredo Aguirre In Jackson memorial hospital and the outcome was catastrophic, he had to have a second emergency sergery due to having the drainage removed before time, developed hundreds of blood clots that complicated his recovery, was in i.c.u. for 2 days! his kidney stone was 24 in size

She has a nurse named Sandra, who is the most inexperienced and ignorant, I speak of diagnosis when something was at hand and she was so blatant to say that the person had nothing, and the exams then said the opposite, really Very unprofessional and knowledgeless people should study for bakery rather

#1. One of the residents saw my husband in THE EMERGENCY ROOM AND NEVER FOLLOWED UP TO SCHEDULE OUT PATIENT SURGERY TO REMOVE A 7MM STONE. I HAD TO SPEND AN ENTIRE DAY PLUS CONTACT THE TRANSPLANT SOCIAL WOPRKER TO HELP ME GET MY HUSBAND CARED FOR.
#2. DR. Marcovich NEVER CAME TO SPEAK TO US AFTER THE SURGERY, A RESIDENT CAME THAT UNSURE OF HERSELF OR WHAT TO SAY … AND I AM IN EMERGENCY MEDICINE HEALTHCARE
#3. THE POST OP FOLLOW UP VISITS WERE MADE IN THE PUBLIC HEALTH CLINIC WERE WE SAT AND WAITED FOR OVER 2 HOURS TO SEE ANOTHER RESIDENT WHOSE FIRST STATEMENT WAS WHY DIDNT HE HAVE THE TESTS DONE. THE TESTS WERE DONE. I HAD TO MOTIVATE HIM TO LOOK AND OR CALL FOR THE RESULTS TO WHICH HE READ TO ME FROM CERNA. THEN WHEN HE NOTICED I HAD SOME EDUCATION AND WAS IN HEALTHCARE HE DECEIDED TO REPRAMAIND ME LIKE A TODDLER AND THEN ASK ME WHY WERE WE BEING SEEN IN THE PUBLIC HEALTH SECTION FOR UNINSURED PATIENTS.
THE STAFF WERE RUDE ONE MAN SAT IN THE CLINIC WAITING FOR 8 HOURS TO BE SEEN,
ACC WEST UROLOGY CLINIC.
THE RESIDENT THEN TOLD ME WE SHOULD BE GOING TO THE PRIVATE OFFICE MOT PUBLIC HEALTH. OBVIOUS THEY TREAT PEOPLE HORRIBLY TYPICAL JACKSON BEHAVIORS

very inefficient with diagnoses, the joke doctor examines you, Sandra, an intern, used the urine that my husband took and said that it smelled badly, commented things out of place, without knowledge the truth very bad experience with his stuff and the doctor with some clowns 🤡
