AT&T Store

We were having some difficulties with the customer service in the phone, and went to the store for help. We were helped by the manager, Tunch Unlukaplan. He was wonderful. He did everything that he could t help us and even more. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. I highly recommend him to anyone, and I hope that he is recognized by the company for his excellent performance. He was able to turn what it was a very stressful day into a great experience. Thank you.

Came in seeking help on getting the iPhone 12 and was really taken care of by Michael Bonardi from the get go. Awesome customer service and even though their store couldn’t help me, he diligently helped me by checking other stores. We just made the switch from T-Mobile to ATT&T. The store manager made the experience unforgettable’ he went above and beyond to help us set up our new devices. The environment in the store is just wonderful and his team members are so helpful

Received wonderful service here by Shamara. We came in because we were disappointed with the customer service, pricing and deals provided to us at the Verizon store in the mall. Shamara asked what we were looking for as far as products and prices so she would be able to advise us of what At&t was offering. She was very patient, polite, and knowledgeable.

As a result, we transferred our services to At&t. During this process we purchased two new phones and added a watch to the account.

Lastly, She advised us of a promotion they had on apple watches which resulted in us adding 2 new watches to an existing account.

I would definitely recommend users to go to this store. Wait time is low and the workers are kind and friendly.

Michael, manager, was so kind, patient, knowlegable, and informative. Given that technology isn't my strongest trait, he made me feel comfortable and @ ease. It was truly a stress free experience. Went to the AT&T Store in the Gardens Mall today and asked Tench, Customer Service person, to help me with a flip phone problem. He solved the problem by removing and reinserting the SIM card. He was knowledgeable and professional and understood my problem and solved it right away. He is an asset to the AT&T organization and deserves recognition accordingly. Thank you.

Michael Bonardi the store manager went above and beyond to solve my issue on my wireless account. He is what I call a magician in regards to his unparalleled customer service and knowledge of the business. I recommend this store and the staff here. Pga Mall AT&T will gladly solve your needs.

Carl was an amazing sale person that help my boyfriend and I with his phone issues, help us upgrade to a new phone and sold us a protective case.

WENT TO GET AN IPAD FOR MY SON A FEW WEEKS AGO. FRANK WAS SUPER HELPFUL AND EVEN WENT BACK TO CHECK FOR A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT OPTIONS THAT THEY HAD IN STOCK WHEN I WASN'T SURE WHAT I WAS GETTING. HE EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCES IN EACH DEVICE AND WHAT TO EXPECT FOR PRICES SO I WOLDNT HAVE ANY UNEXPECTED FEES. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND MY SON IS HAPPY WITH HIS IPAD!

Mark was thorough, genuine, and professional. I went into the store to get a SIM card for my new iPad and learned sbout AT&T tv vs. Uverse. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

I keep going back to this AT&T at PGA Gardens Mall because the staff is great.
My first experience 2 years ago my service was disconnected, I couldn't connect to my home WiFi due to new setup issues with Xfinity (thought it was my phone). The young lady took my phone, made sure nothing was wrong with it, connected me to their store WiFi, checked all my phone settings, reconnected me on a prepaid plan I could afford. Recently I went to switch my daughters phone service, the gentleman was great, so patient waiting for us to gather all the info we needed to switch to AT&T. He even let my daughter pick her own phone number, she loved that ☺

Best service ever, Jesse is a great mgr... I'm technology impaired, he couldn't have been more patient and informative. Thru the multiple times I came in for heip... VERY Happy with this store ☺ and his wonderful staff!!!!
