Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Popeyes is one of my favorite places to eat so I’d be a good judge for them but a rarely leave reviews. So for me to leave one says something. It actually took the best Popeyes I’ve ever been to for that to happen. My order was made ready very fast and even brought to our table. We were checked on multiple times to make sure we didn’t need anything. And everything was hot and fresh. Chicken, sides, biscuits and even pies. Fresh and absolutely delicious. On top of this outstanding service by the entire staff one person stood out. The gentleman named Eric working the front counter was absolutely on point. I’ve worked in the restaurant biz many moons ago so I have some experience and I can tell you I’ve never seen someone run a front counter better. Not only was he efficient, paying attention to requests and details, but had a smile and great attitude with every interaction we had with him. My kids (whole rarely pay attention to things like this like most kids) mentioned multiple time to us how much they enjoyed coming and how “awesome” Eric was. They said when they start working they will be just like him. Working hard while making people smile at the same time. Thank you Popeyes and a special thanks to Eric for make a ordinary trip to Popeyes a memorable experience and being an “awesome” role model by going the extra mile and treating us with A+++ service!

First time eating at a Popeyes and we loved it! The restaurant was clean, the chicken tenders are amazing! Perfect coating on them, nice and crispy. Manager took our order and he was so patient since we didn’t know anything about Popeyes. We will return!

Great place. Nina is the person who took out order. She was wonderful. The food was great, hot, and well presented. If only Alaska's Popeye looked like here in Brooksville, Forida.

This was our first time at this location. I must say it was nothing short of amazing for us. The food was great. The atmosphere was pleasant, the staff was over the top friendly and helpful. The restaurant was spotless, there was an employee Helen that was cleaning the restaurant like it was her home...SPOTLESS!!! On top of that she asked on multiple occasions if she could get anything for my family, napkins or utensils and such. The staff behind the counter were super friendly and extremely polite. Big change from the service we got from up north. Hats off to this crew!!! 👏 THANK YOU!!

The Manager Eric , Tammy and Ku are very kind and sweethearted people. They always have a smile on there faces. The other people that work there is The exact same way even tho I don't know their names. The food is always fresh and good. The chicken be seasoned well and very juicy. If you want some good juicy chicken that's always fresh come on down to this Popeye's restaurant.

They're really good chicken but to me the shrimp baskets that they have every now and they're on special which they just had is probably the best shrimp that I've ever tasted I think there should be a permanent fixture on their menu they would make so much money off of it because they are constantly running out of it when it's on special but it is the best shrimp I've ever tasted

Best Spicy Chicken and Red Beans and Rice.....We had a mix up with our order but quickly fixed it. Top notch management

Had to take the time to give gratitude to the people at Popeyes especially the manager you went above and beyond to make sure I left his location happy this is a must stop by Popeyes very clean and food is cooked well five stars in my book and I'm a picky eater so you know

Eric, the manager, is always on top lof production. The staff are friendly and always ask if you need anything else!

The Blackened Chicken sandwich here is amazing. The manager came out to the dining area to see how we were doing. Great customer service.

Jackie is the nicest and always is polite at the drive-thru window.

Good food good biscuits never had them mess up my meal

Food was on point, my friend and went I had a number 3 and it was exactly as it should be and my friends meal was just as fresh, the chicken was so good and fresh I decided to get a chicken breast to take home for my dog on my way out! I’d definitely recommend eating here

This place is AMAZING. The manager is the sweetest man I've ever met, he doesn't hesitate to help take orders and if your order is messed up, he gladly fixes it and reimburses you. The restaurant is always clean as well. The food is top notch. This Popeyes is way better than the one in Zephyrhills.

French fries and Mac/cheese all very good.

Love this location. This is my favorite in the area. It does have it's ups and downs like every fast food restaurant now. But most of the time it is worth. Best time to go is lunch and dinner time. After all it is a chicken restaurant. Great management team!

This visit was great. Looks like its getting a face lift inside, full staff, food was hot ready i didn't wait long at all. Food tasted great and fresh. Big improvement
