Even the owner took the time to inspect the job and answer our questions. It’s rare to find a company where the owner genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. AJF Roofing is a great roofing company to work with. I’ve got multiple quotes, all were higher prices by far. Also, I didn’t have to wait to long for the work to begin. Everything was explained in advance, I did not have any surprises, the job was completed in time, without delay between different phases of work. They took care of permits, association paperwork, etc. I’m very happy with everything, my roof looks great. I highly recommend AJF Roofing.

The company is awesome! They did a great job, came early and stayed late to make sure they get the most done. The roof was exactly as we pictured, and it looks great!

This company had it all planned from beginning to end. We signed the contract and the wheels started turning. JP kept us up to date on all the progress. The materials showed up Monday, the tear down and placement of the 30lb. paper was Tuesday, inspected on Wednesday then the shingles were placed on Thursday and Friday. We were able to entertain Saturday morning. Less than a week they were done with a majority of the work. They cleaned up everything for us to have out party on Saturday, which was very nice of them. They returned Monday to finish with some touch up painting of the soffit. I was worried because the price was so good to be true, but I can honestly say they were true to their word. I needed 5 sheets of plywood and over a hundred feet of fascia board. I was pleasantly surprised how little all that extra wood cost me.

I attached pictures. JP worked with my gas guy who had to replace my stack and he was very accommodating. Anyone can feel free to contact me for a reference. I have nothing negative to say about this roof experience. I only hope JO Is still working there in 30 years when I replace this one.

I cannot even begin to tell you how wonderful it was working with AJF Roofing for our new metal roof. From start to finish, we were informed of everything they were going and the timelines involved. They were very professional and worked diligently to get everything done in a timely manner. In fact, it was done within 30 days which included getting the permit issued and getting the final inspection. I highly recommend them. They have done numerous roofs in my neighborhood, and everyone is happy with them and would also recommend them. If you’re looking for a great honest roofer look no further. I have recommended them even before our roof was done based upon the work they have done in my neighborhood and will continue to recommend them! Our metal roof is absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with how it looks!

My beautiful new, white metal roof is done! I would like to recommend AJF Roofing. They really did a fantastic job! I love to do business with our SWL neighbors. AJF has done roofs on many other homes in SWL. They are extremely prompt, professional and very easy to work with. They handled everything for us including the association approval process. Give them a call in you're ready to get a new roof. I imagine many of us are right at the new roof mark as so many of us got our last roof after Wilma in 2005 and 2006. I also liked the fact that they know our homes very well...I didn't even know that our roof was a 1/2" plywood deck from the original builder. They told us this as they are familiar with our homes here. We chose to replace the entire deck with 5/8" wood as this is much stronger and it's was a good idea to replace the wood since our home is over 40 years old and has had multiple roofs already. Daniela Segre and her husband, Eugenio are amazing people to work with. Their attention to detail and caring attitudes are exceptional. Thank you for a great job!

I replaced my 30 year old barrel tile roof with a galvalume metal roof.. it was an easy decision make since the metal roof was only about $10000 more than the shingle roof. This roof has a longer warranty and better hurricane protection than any other. The roof looks great and adds value, beauty, etc to the house. Jhan, the project manager was very responsive to all of my questions/concerns I had during the installation. Christophe was also a pleasure to work with. I would recommend AJF Roofing to anyone who is looking to replace their roof.

AJF was fantastic and finished my roof from being to end only took them 2 weeks. That includes waiting for the city to do the inspections.Not including the inspections it only took them 4 days. This is the only roofer out of 5 other roofers I got estimates that explained step by step what they were doing. JP the project manager was very informative the whole time and Christopher the person that my estimate was very professional in explaining everything to me.

One of the most responsive and well-educated roofing companies in the South Florida area. The owner Alejo works very hard to build and keep his reputation. His brother Eugene as well. This absolutely does not take anything away from his staff. Everyone is professional from beginning to end.

AJF is an amazing roofing company. I am very happy with the work they did. I loved that they always communicated with me through every step. They always answer the phone.
