Even as my public defender, he did take the time to go out of his way and call me multiple times which is more than I can say for court appointed attorneys in the past. At first it was a little abrasive but I think once we understood each other and realize we both wanted what was best for my children I definitely lucked out landing Cris as my public defender and would hire him with cash money any day of the week! I would highly recommended them.

Mr. Mulligan and his team were amazing! They helped us when nobody else could, securing permanency for a little girl I cared for. They were supportive, professional, and made a difficult process much easier. We're so thankful for their help!

I have used Chris Mulligan for two cases, one being a DCF case with a DCF child protective investigator who HARASSED and TRAUMATIZED my self and my four children. I am a teacher and this CPI had DCF come to my job to removed my children on Thursday and Mr. Mulligan had children back to me by Monday. I was treated very unfairly and felt hopeless. Mr. Mulligan went into court to present the judge with all of the facts and evidence to prove my case. He is extremely caring and great at his profession!!!!!! His staff are always willing to help and consistent. I am so thankful that I had him throughout this difficult time and can’t imagine what would have happen without his legal actions and support throughout this process. After dealing with attorneys, judges and caseworkers as foster parents, we hired Chris Mulligan to be our voice in the courtroom. As a foster parent, you are often ignored or even bullied by attorneys and caseworkers, but Mr. Mulligan always made sure we were heard. He was clear and blunt with us regarding our adoption process. He never gave us hope where there was no hope and he was always straight-forward when it came to answering questions. He understands the adoptive and foster parent process, and he does not mince words when it comes to dealing with DCF or YFA or any of the case management services. He waded through the paperwork and made sure that the courts, the caseworkers and the attorneys understood our position. He fought for us and for the little boy we're adopting even when the courts reunified the child. Once the child came back into the "care" of the courts, Mr. Mulligan took every step possible to make sure we were not ignored or pushed around by DCF. When you hire an attorney, you want one who isn't afraid to protect his clients. Christopher Mulligan will and did fight for us every step of the way. Going to court with an attorney changes everything. We are extremely pleased with Mr. Mulligan's services and would never consider fostering or adopting again without him in our corner.

Mrs.Sarah Acres has been my attorney for my dependency case for about a year-and-a-half now. whenever I had any questions regarding anything she was very prompt on contacting me back or answering them in a way that I could understand what was going on with my case. She's also been very sweet through everything even when I wasn't doing what I needed to be doing. when she wasn't there mr. Mulligan was there and I was just as happy with his representation.
