I am Active Duty Navy and I was moving from New Orleans to Jacksonville for change of station. My truck broke down a few miles from Chipola Ford. I was able to drop off at night and communicate with the dealership from a couple of hundred miles away. They kept me in the loop and were able to get me back on the road. I am not a writer but I bought a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport today. Easiest thing I have done. Seriously I hate the process. They did it seamlessly. My sales guy Josh was amazing. He was knowledgeable and patient. I live in Crawfordville and Chipola Ford is 1.5 hours away and that is the only place I will buy a vehicle from. The sales manager was just as awesome. There was no pressure. I hate car sales, sorry but I did. Now I feel differently. Great experience all around, price included. Just go there.

We have purchased 3 vehicles from Chipola Ford in the last 10 years. They have always been great! Service Dept. has always taken care of any issues we had in a timely manner. Most recently we had to drop off our truck for a recall. While there I also had them change the oil, replace the wiper blades and give the ecoboost a tune up.

On our way to Parents Weekend at UCF our A/C started not working properly. We pulled in to Chipola Ford and met Dennis Goodman. Even though he was short technicians that day and we did not have an appointment he said that he would try and get us taken care of. 30 minutes later we were back on the road. Excellent service!!!

Ryan in the service department was SO helpful today! I cannot thank him enough for working my vehicle in last minute and for being so kind. I drove from Virginia to Panama City, FL for a funeral and my check engine light ended up coming on. The Panama City dealership refused to even look at my vehicle because they were booked out for 2 and a half weeks, but told me not to drive back to Virginia with the light still on! They told me that I needed to call another dealership instead. Whenever I called the Marianna Ford, Ryan was understanding of my situation and time restraint. He told me to bring the vehicle in that day and he would get it fixed. Thank you so much for having better customer service than the Panama City Ford!
