Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I recently had an outstanding experience renting with Enterprise at Miami International Airport! Despite landing around 9:45pm and my reservation set for 10pm, the process was incredibly seamless. Upon arrival, it took just 15-20 minutes to reach the reservation desk after catching a convenient train from the airport.

What made this experience exceptional was the online reservation and early check-in feature. Prior to my flight to MIA, I completed the early check-in online, allowing me to bypass the line and head straight to the parking lot upon arrival. There, I was greeted by a friendly Enterprise employee who quickly confirmed my reservation and allowed me to choose from their impressive fleet of vehicles. It was such a relief to skip the long lines and avoid any potential frustrations with other clients at the desk.

Once I selected my car, exiting the building was a breeze. A helpful clerk checked my reservation at the exit and swiftly let me out. The entire process felt like a breeze, and I highly recommend utilizing the early checkout option if you're looking to streamline your rental experience. It's like the self-checkout at the grocery store—quick, easy, and hassle-free. Kudos to Enterprise for their efficient service—I'll definitely be using them again in the future!

I had a rough morning with frontier airlines(* disclaimer- I do not recommend ever flying with them*) I just want to say I had a wonderful experience despite the confusion beforehand. Oliver didn’t hesitate to pop on over to help me out & made sure I understood everything & even upgraded my rental at half the price. It was the patience he showed & going into detail which is the reason why I’m writing this review. He was an absolute sweetheart. I listed the pictures below to show you how helpful he was. Then I proceeded to get my rental & was helped by Rodney. He let need choose my suv & made it a smooth process. Informed me of the cameras at the gate instead of continuing my walk around. He was overall informative. If I ever end up back in Miami I’m coming back to you guys for sure. Thank you again!!!

Mimai Enterprise International Airport's service is exceptional and hassle-free. We experienced minimal waiting time during our visit. Although we utilized Costco Travel to secure a discount on our Enterprise rental, it was still slightly pricier, about $20-25 more expensive compared to their competitors, Costco Travel adds additional driver free of charge. Initially offered a large SUV, we opted for a Ford Fusion instead of a SUV due to concerns about parallel parking. While this choice left us somewhat disappointed, the Fusion proved to be a clean and reliable vehicle. The rental agent presented multiple options, but decisions had to be made swiftly as cars were in high demand.

In summary, we were overall content with Enterprise's service. Their drop-off process at the airport was straightforward; simply park the car, leave the keys, and head to the terminal. Additionally, we utilized their fuel service due to time constraints, although it was slightly pricey, it was a convenient option during rush hours.

Travel plans changed and I reserved the vehicle the night before for a one way trip. I checked in online which was easy so I skipped the check in at the airport. I walked right to the lot and was greeted cheerfully at 7:30am. Everything was completed in less than a minute. I was told choose any car out of the line, keys are in it, and have a great day. It really was the best experience, especially after using a discount rental previously and it was not a pleasant experience. Until proven otherwise, Enterprise will be my go to for travel.

I rented the Chrysler 7 passenger minivan at the Miami airport. Check-in at the counter was easy and quick as there was no line and pick up was quick as I walked right to the van I wanted. I was excited to get the hybrid because I was going on a 7 day roadtrip and it allowed me to save on fuel. The van had low mileage and was practically new and clean. This was a great rental experience.

It was an amazing experience. Once we arrived at the counter there was no waiting and we were greeted with a smile. The process was fast and efficient. We maybe stayed at the counter 5 minutes and we were on our way. The return process was quicker. We were met with a smile again and reminded to leave the keys in the vehicle and provided a receipt. I will rent with Enterprise again. Oh yea, I forgot to mention that we have a very nice car.

My rental experience from this location was one of my best, so far. I used the app to check in, and when I arrived, I was sent directly to pick up my vehicle. No paperwork, no fuss. Fast in and out. Great car selection. Came with a full tank.

Plans changed and I was 7 hours early for my reservation. They had no problem accommodating and gave me a choice of ten vehicles parked and ready to go (Miami airport). Then there was quick and easy return to Tampa international at the end of the lease. Impressed with how easy the return was, with luggage checked right at the rental return area.

Amazing staff! These people single-handedly saved our vacation and got us a great deal on an amazing car. This is the place to go to for rentals

We have recently used Enterprise on two different trips. Decided to try them after a horrible experience with Budget. So much better and more affordable as well. Great service, and they let choose which actual car you want from the ones in the class you chose that are available. Very smooth process and no problems at all.

We had an Uber drop us off here after getting back from a cruise so we could rent a car. Employee that processed our rental was really nice and felt like it was processed very quickly to have us on our way.
Once we got to the garage, we were quickly shown where the cars were that we'd rented and they had a great selection of cars.
No issues with the jeep we selected, it was a great car for the time we had it. Returning the car was quick and hassle free, we were able to quickly get to the shuttle which took us to the Miami Airport.

I rented a car from the Enterprise at the Miami International Airport location. Every staff member I dealt with throughout the rental and return process was very professional. The battery died during my rental which put a damper on my day. Luckily I had AAA to jump me so I could get the car back to the rental agency and exchange it. The process was smooth and I was compensated fairly for the loss of time this had on my trip. I will definitely rent from them again. I previously had a terrible experience with another rental agency at MIA which made me skeptical about all of them but Enterprise has gained my trust.

I had the honor to be put in the hands of David who works at the Miami Airport Location. This gentleman was so amazing and made everything smooth sailing. Renting a car these days always seems like an headache but he made sure and took care of me coming off a long flight. 10/10 for you Sir 👏🏾 Thank you so much for making my experience with Enterprise amazing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just have to say my recent rental at Miami was the easiest rental I've ever had. With the online check-in, we were able to skip the counter and load/drive as soon as we were in the garage. This in contrast with my last rental in Miami from a different company where we waited 2 hours at the counter to get our car. Enterprise has also been great at home when our cars are in for repair. Enterprise for the win!

Great service by the gentleman in the lower level basement were my vehicle was ready for me. The vehicle wanting for me was a small suv, but instantly the gentlemen saw my booking information and got me and my family of 8 the suburban we booked. Great will be using this MIAMI enterprise again !!!

Seamless experience. However, they are not proactive in explaining anything about the car. They assume you know how to drive and operate it. But they are friendly when asked questions.

Very quick and fast service. There was only one guy at the counter and at 5am (Brandon) was upbeat and helpful. I watched him help two customers in front of me and he seemed to assist them with everything they needed. As a line began to form he still kept his cool and remained professional. I was in and out. When I got to the floor with the vehicles. The rep advised to pick a van and drive safe. I liked that option because it was too early for anything extra. Thank you for the great service

Our experience with Enterprise was excellent. We rented a fantastic Malibu at a reasonable price, with the option to use our insurance or theirs.

Returning the car at Miami International Airport was convenient, especially if the location was closed.

I forgot the manager? Name or just customer service guy that was on duty on March 11 around noon. But thank you so much for exchanging my Nissan rental that was having an issue. He was patient and very sweet.
