The service in Miami was great, they promised to get the packages within a week. Everything seemed perfect and smooth. However, when the packages arrived to Bogota, their partner was not as efficient as I thought. It has been 2 weeks already and I have not received most of my boxes despite the fact that the boxes arrvied to Bogota 10 days ago. To make things even worse, the agent in Miami told me the boxes were sent 2 days ago but the information I got from the agent in Bogota shows that the boxes were just sent out today. How can you trust your belongings to a company that does not abide to their promises and is not consistent with the information they provide to their customers? It is very unfortunate becauce I can tell that the agent in Miami is doing his best.
