My elderly parents had to go to this store alone yesterday and today because I was at work and couldn’t go with them to add them to my plan. The customer service both days was amazing. They called me and explained everything to me, then to my parents. They were able to help us beyond what I expected. They helped my father stay with the same style of flip phone he prefers and even helped my mother get a nicer Samsung than the one she was bringing with her. I’d rather wait for this kind of quality of service. They were amazing!
