My fiance and I went to this location, to shop for some wedding supplies and the staff here were amazing. Their selection of fabrics were very beautiful and the staff were super nice and helpful, Leila, Heidi and Victoria, thank you for making our experience awesome 🎉

I made it a point to come to the store due to its online feature of showing me what is available at the store. I went as soon as it opened, looked at what I needed only to find it not there. An associate asked me what I was looking for and proceeded to try to help. Another customer was also looking for the same items. Here comes my superhero to the rescue. This manager at this location went above and beyond. Her willingness to help and get us the items we were searching for in the back exceeded my expectations. She was kind and the reason I am writing this heartfelt review because just when I thought that REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE did not exist anymore.....she was a light to my morning. So for your kindness and hard work...I want to say a big thank you! I hope that your company understands what a rare gem you are. Your leadership in that store is recognize by even customers in line who knew of you because they were regular customers at this location and also with employees and they also raved about how awesome you are as their manager. Please never lose sight of your great leadership qualities and your wonderful customer service. Just when you least expect, you make a difference in someones life who just needs at least one thing to go right in this tough world we live in. Thank you for BEING YOU!!!

Victoria - night store manager who works on weekends - is phenomenal. This young woman deserves a raise! Forget the title, she gets the job done. I’m truly satisfied with her customer service skills. I called the store asking for help with my sewing machine and Victoria took it upon herself to help me fix it. So awesome to have people like Victoria (night manager) in the world. She truly has made my day. Thank you Victoria! And thank you Joann fabrics for having helpful employees. Please pay them well to keep them. I am now going to spend my teacher checks at Joann just because of Victoria.

If you get the app, you can get some good discounts on the products. The customer service is pretty good, everyone is kind. The products are good, I can usually find the crafts that I am looking for.

Besides the store smelling kinda musty everytime I walk in, the staff is friendly and the yarn selection is awesome. I live for their deals and make sure to save your receipts if you ever want to do a return... if you don't have it they can only give you 50%- I learned this the hard way :/

Very nice helpful staff, I spent too long picking out my stuff and didn't have enough time to wait in line to pay, before picking up my child from school so I asked if they could hold my items for me. She did and when I came back an hour later my stuff was still there waiting for me. A clean store and the staff is very kind.

I've been coming to this Joann's for years. There's so much here to inspire creativity! I wish this location offered classes - that would be fun. 😊

This is the best place to go if you want to buy arts and crafts. The store is well organized and it’s a variety of items to discover. The workers are also very helpful. I will be visiting again soon

This is my go to store to restock my crafting items. Love how organized and well kept is this store. Very clean and a huge variety of items you need for all the projects you might have. Definitely will recommend.

The people who work here are ALWAYS nice and helpful. They are always fully stocked with fabric, art supplies, and more. Their coupons online definitely make my purchases less expensive. And they have classes!

I've been shopping at this JoAnn's for many years. The app is good for coupons and sales except sometimes the terminology is misleading on the signs in the store, so be aware and ask for clarification if questionable. The staff is hit and miss with assistance, sometimes they are incredibly helpful and so knowledgeable and sometimes just... Not so much (maybe just newbees?). They have done a good job adapting to covid-times overall, I appreciate this.

I love this store because is really organized and the staff is very helpful and friendly. They always go out of their way to get you what you’re looking for unless of course, they don’t care it.

They have a wide variety of things and when I needed to get last minute cricut vinyl they did not hesitate to let me in even after 9 o clock I would give more than 5 stars if I could

I absolutely love MY Joann Fabrics..it's truly my happy place. The associates give phenomenal service, the store is always clean and organized, and the sales just make my shopping experience extra special. And don't ever get me started on the awesome coupons. If you gave my one wish it would be a ginormous yarn department...lol. Yes I'm addicted to yarn.
