Excellent experient

This review is just for the receptionist NOT the accountant. This is just the experience of calling and speaking with the receptionist "Edma" I believe she told me. I was recommended to Tony by my father he has been doing my father's taxes for many years. I call today 03/24 at 9:30 am. I asked for an appointment and the receptionist told me he did not have any more space for anyone this tax year. She was rude about the way she delivered this message. She just kept saying he was "full full full" and hung up.

Juan Linares is a great accountant but the assistant that works for him answering his phone is the worst person to be in charge of answering his phone calls. She does not provide any information besides "you need to make an appointment". She is rude and does not seem like she wants to help you. If he gets another person more willing to assist his clients, this review will be better.
